My firm recently switched to Adobe and here are some of the lowlights I’ve seen in the past week:
-“This case is between [Defendant] and [entity passingly referenced that isn’t even a party to the case]”
-“This case involves an accident from [year that literally isn’t even mentioned anywhere in the document]”
-In a mediation brief, “Defendant filed a motion for summary judgment regarding settlement negotiations”
Our electric bills are going up for this shit.
I live a while away from my endo but I still see them because they also prescribe me my ADHD meds. I just don’t want to make a damn road trip for this. I’m considering just lying at this point because I’m tired of being a fat fuck.
