I got the TTRPG core rule book, and I want to run a campaign. I initially thought I could do a short campaign with the scenarii in the book, but I saw that the second one was for level 5 players (which could not be attained in the introduction scenario) and the 3rd one was for at least level 11. So as I can't run them back to back, I kinda have to do most of the writing myself. I am no stranger to that (I've already written a 5 sessions campaign, though I wasn't entirely happy with the result), but I lack the ideas to actually make something long term.

I was thinking of making it centered on a BBEG, maybe make the guy look like an ally at first, but I lack ideas on that part. Also, I should put a lot of side-quests, I think.

I'm ready to take any ideas you guys have that I could add, and see if I can do something with it.

For now, I'm thinking of maybe doing a passage in the deep roads, see most countries and cultures of Thedas. Also, I will probably do some side-quests to unlock certain specializations, but that will depend on my players, so I guess I will get back to you later.

Also, I'd rather avoid using the actual characters from the game.
