Am I the Karen for refusing to pay the adult price for a haircut?

I booked an appointment at a new salon. When I went to book a haircut for my 12 yr old daughter, I first booked the adult hair cut ($55) but then I saw they offered a kids cut for $20 less. I double checked to make sure it was the right selection. The description of the service said for children 1-12 years old, "a custom hair cut by a stylist". I thought cool, this sounds right. My daughter wanted a pixie-like hair cut, but her hair wasn't even long to start with, it was past the shoulders but above chest level. When we got to the appointment, I let my daughter describe the type of hair cut she wanted, after the consultation the stylist informed me that due to the type of haircut she would have to charge me the adult price. I told her that I didn't think that was okay, I pointed out that the description of the kids haircut on their site doesn't stipulate any restrictions on the type of haircuts or what constitute as "kids haircuts vs adults haircuts". She reluctantly agreed to honor the price. Should I have just said nothing and paid the difference?

AIO for cutting off a man for not getting me coffee?

For some contexts, I (33F) work 2 jobs. At my second job I get off at 12:30 am and usually I work both jobs during the week. Well I have been seeing this man (35M) for a couple of months now. Last Monday he asked me to come over after I get off, I gladly went over and spent the night. We obviously got little sleep that night and we both had to be up early at 6 am the next day.

When I got to work, I asked him if he could bring me a coffee before he leaves to work. He said he would but then texts me to not be mad because when he went to go get me Starbucks inside of a Target, he just so happened to see the workers restocking Pokémon cards. He said he spent all his money on the cards and wouldn't be able to get me a coffee.

It gave me the biggest ick and I told him not to worry about it and haven't talk to him since. For me, consideration is one of the biggest ways to show you care about someone, which he obviously does not.

Catering Recs near Rancho

Hi,

A part of my current job role is to order lunch for the training classes we provide. I was hoping to get some affordable catering recommendations. I usually just rotate the same three lunch options (sandwiches/pizza/ Chinese platters) .

How does Walmart track you?

I rarely go to Walmart but I stopped by a few days ago. I did not enter my phone number but I still received an email about my visit. How does Walmart know I was there?
