What should I do first? Leon Todd sounds incredible on YouTube. To me, it sounded kinda meh. What should I do first. I was using NAM on the Headrush and it sounded great, but I am not vibing with this gear at all. Anybody have any ideas just to get some quick sounds? I know it's a lot of work in the future, but Headrush and Reactor sound killer with stock presets. What am I doing wrong?

How do I use my saved NAM captures? I tried double clicking on the amp in my rig and I don't think they appeared. Does anybody have a resource I can use for this?

Which one is best?

Does anybody have these have experience with them? I'm taking delivery on a fractal FM9 on Saturday. Austin Buddy presets are included in there and I wonder if anybody has some insight on how to find them and preview them and save them. Thank you I appreciate any help you can give me. Sorry, but I'm new to Fractal I have never touched one in my life. I bought it used with those presets already loaded on there as part of the deal.

I was wondering if anybody has done this and what was the outcome? I know YMMV, just curious because I just bought my first strat and it sounds phenomenal. I have 9.5s on my Wolfgang, but it's easy to play and my strat isn't. Thoughts?

UPDATE: I'm having buyers remorse. The Wolfgang is in e flat tuning so of course it's easier. My strat probably needs to be set up, and I need to consider going to nines but other than that it's great.

I prompted was it true Sammy Van Hagar claimed he invented the indoor sprinkler system? Here's what came out:

He has described it as a homemade contraption rather than a patented, commercially successful invention. In other words, he was claiming to have invented his own indoor spraying gadget, not the fire-suppression systems in office buildings and hotels.

So the verdict is:

❌ Sammy did not invent indoor fire sprinklers.

✅ He probably did cobble together some kind of rotating indoor paint/texture sprayer while doing construction work.

🤘 As with many rock-star autobiographies, the story may have grown a bit in the retelling.

Given that this is the same guy who has also said aliens downloaded information into his brain, a healthy dose of skepticism is probably appropriate.

He actually said he sold it to hotels as a new thing by starting a fire in a room, calling it in to the fire dept, and it was extinguished before they arrived. As Rev Al would say: never let the truth get in the way of a good story.

I think my EZ Fiber router sucks. I'm not able to use the remote editor on my PC. Would it be possible to buy a rig online and dl it onto a stick and transfer it onto the core from there?

Going up from $200 to $230. Sugar Land TX. Some scabs out here are doing $160 here and there. Competitor on my level is at $250. I want to pull the trigger tomorrow effective July 1st. If you have done this successfully, please let me know what you did and how it turned out. Thank you.
