Dropping a guitar

I’ve played guitar since 1985. I’ve owned far too many, good and bad, and not once have I ever dropped a guitar. I’ve gigged, parties, home practice regularly, and never done it. I’m nothing special, just a dude. And I see all these posts on Reddit with broken necks and being chipped and I’m like, how the hell are you guys not better at taking care of what you paid good money for? I don’t get it.

Any Love for 10th gen Sport 2.0t?

I bought “Maggie” new in 2021, had to wait a few weeks for San Marino Red. No manual trans option that year (sigh), but she’s fast on her feet, and I’ve come to love her 10sp auto and paddles. The wireless charging is nice. She’s bone stock, not even tint. 57k easy fun miles. I do love this car. The only thing I’m thinking of altering is an audio system upgrade. Stock is fine, but not good.

I bought this in 1996, as a second car. Gave me many years of driving joy. It’s been parked for 12 years and no matter the cover, nature is claiming it. Would be a complete rebuild at this point. Part out? Junk it?
