I grew these nasturtiums from seed around a tree and they absolutely took over

I planted these from seed around the base of one of my trees and couldn’t believe how quickly they filled in. They ended up being one of my favorite things I grew. I also love that the flowers and leaves are edible. Does anyone else actually eat their nasturtiums, or do you mostly grow them for the flowers?

Just bought cargrilintide 49 year old female, not taking any glp

I’m a 49-year-old female, and apologies if this has already been discussed.
I’ve been using reta and reached my goal weight several months ago. I’ve maintained it, but lately I’ve developed a pretty intense sweet tooth and I’m hungry all the time.
I recently bought Cagrilintide because my current focus is building lean muscle and getting into the best shape I can. I’m strength training, prioritizing protein and fiber, and really don’t want to sabotage that progress.
For those of you with experience, what dosage would you recommend starting with? I have a 5 mg vial. My biggest concern is the fatigue I’ve read about. I’m worried that if it leaves me exhausted, it’ll actually be more counterproductive than just dealing with the increased hunger, since staying consistent with my workouts is my top priority.
I’d love to hear what starting dose worked well for you and whether the fatigue was manageable. Thanks in advance!

Beautiful Ruby (I think)

Love this little hummingbird besides the fact it runs all the other hummingbirds off and will barely let me get a picture

When do you know to move to higher tret?

I started treat and estradiol about two months ago. Started using tret mon, wed, and Friday and estradiol on Tuesday/Thursday and break on weekend. I slowly have moved to using both in the evening with break on weekend and for the last two weeks have been use amalactin about 3 mornings a week. The tret is .5. I am 49. I have not experienced any dryness or peeling. I’m content where I am but wondering when do I know it’s time to move up on the test percentage?

Using Tret and estradiol (alternating nights) would like to add Amlactin… and any other suggestions

I am a 49 year old female with medium skin tone and my skin isn’t very sensitive and it’s also always been on the drier side. Every night I wash my face and put on hylauronic acid…. M/w/F I use tret and follow with nighttime moisturizer…. T/Th I use estradiol followed by nighttime moisturizer…. Weekend I just wash, hylauronic and nighttime moisturizer. Every morning I rinse face, hylauronic, Timeless Skin Care Vitamin C Serum with Vitamin E & Ferulic Acid and then light moisturizer. And then 50+ mineral sunscreen. I would like to add Amlactin but not sure what the best time or how many days. Also very open to suggestions to maximizing my current products. Thank you in advance on any help.
