Im tryna order groceries and it offers me promotions and then when i click checkout it suddenly tells me i cant use them

What is with their food? Most things are fine, but i buy produce or bread and it molds in 2 days. Ive lived in the neighborhood for almost 10 years and this is still a problem even after they started upscaling.
