Their Quirk: Hypnostyx, allows them to mimic the voice of people they've touched within 40-59 minutes, which causes his brain to send shocks down to their vocal cords to reshape them, they can do many voices as they chooses (which goes for 21 normally for them, but it lasts shorter from mass production of it), he isnt able to do a high soprano or a low baritone.

This is my MHA OC, Kouki Yumiba! Feel free to draw her in either her School Uniform or Hero Costume

Her quirk, Navigation, allows her to find out the location of almost anyone from the compass around her wrist, while in her school uniform, she keeps it in one of her pockets, but she cannot do distances over 120 miles.

Alejandra Reynoso, her voice claim, voices Sypha from Castlevania.

Her hero name is inspired by the Compass Rose (obviously)

I read the manga first before playing the game, and tbh...I thought Ruggie was inspired by Zira before the End of Heartslabyul 😭

Listen, i borrowed the Heartslabyul manga from my friend and by the one where Ruggie appeared, i thought he was either inspired by one of these two: Zira or Nala
