Was doing some housekeeping and it was wedged up under the couch leg. Guessing it must have fallen when I was organizing. Saw the prices going bananas and knew I had one somewhere...glad to find it, just not in this condition. 😅
My PC has been having this issue ever since I upgraded to windows 11 a few months back. It boots to desktop quickly, then it seems to stall out on finishing the boot for 20-30 minutes. I can launch apps and navigate most system menus, but some of the critical stuff like network connections, system resource monitoring, etc. are completely idle and refuse to launch.
After a long wait, something clicks and everything works flawlessly until the next restart (sleep/hibernation don't have any issues on wake). I've tried running cmd scans and repairs, and the logs show that they've found corrupt files and fixed them, but the issue still occurs after rebooting.
It's hard to Google for answers on such a bizarre topic, but I'm hoping someone here might know another way to investigate the problem before I decide to just buy a new computer. 🤞

I was in one of those "free stuff" games and it was just a graveyard of Hephasto and Lister corpses in town. Never seen anything like it and Google wasn't helping. 😄
