What fungicide/mold killer is safe to put on porous CMU concrete blocks in my basement?

I bought a jug of RMR-141, but I noticed it says to apply to non-porous surfaces and it mentions places like kitchens and doctor's offices, not basements.

So, what can I buy for mold on my basement walls, which are made of porous CMU concrete blocks? There is a black film in the corner near the sump pump, and I think I want to just spray the entire walls to ensure any mold is dead once I get a new drain tile installed.

I've read bleach is the exact wrong thing to use. Thanks!

Any recommendations for companies that can grade my yard soil to stop water pooling?

Just bought a house in Williamsville and discovered big structural issues with one of my basement walls (lucky me), and I notice the land slopes in three directions and water pools directly outside that wall. No wonder!

Has anyone had work done with land grading to get water away from the house? Can I hire any landscaping company to do this, or is anyone aware of a local company that specializes in this?

Via Google the only one I can find is Seigel, and they are booking estimates two months out. Looking for other options, if anyone can vouch for any other companies or had similar work done. Thanks!

I recently bought a Ryobi lawnmower and it came with a free leafblower. And then I bought a weed whacker because why not? I guess this means I am firmly locked in the Ryobi ecosystem now.

Unfortunately, on my current batteries, my lawnmower dies before finishing the last little bit. This is what I bought and it came with two 6ah batteries: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-ONE-HP-18V-Brushless-20-in-Cordless-Battery-Walk-Behind-Self-Propelled-Lawn-Mower-w-2-6-0-Ah-Batteries-and-Chargers-PBLLM05K2/331594975

Do you think $99 for this 6ah battery is a good deal or should I wait and keep looking?: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-ONE-18V-6-0-Ah-Lithium-Ion-HIGH-PERFORMANCE-Battery-PBP007/315039437 Or is the two-pack of 4ah batteries for $99 a better deal?: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI-ONE-18V-Lithium-Ion-4-0-Ah-Battery-2-Pack-PBP2005/316767033

It's not urgent. I just want to find a good deal and not sure which store has the best sales. I just need a liiiiittle more juice. Thanks!

I am having trouble finding motorized (with a remote) up-and-down blinds (the ones you can lift from the bottom or drop from the top). Does anyone have any recommendations?

It seems like a lot of places sell one (motorized) or the other (up-and-down) but not necessarily in a single item, if anyone has bought these and can steer me in the right direction. Thanks!

I just bought a house with a Cummins whole house generator, a Cummins Quiet Connect Series home standby generator. The previous homeowner bought the generator from a company called Hurricane Generators, who has been doing the maintenance. I just called to schedule maintenance and they said it's $269. That seems crazy to me! Is this how much this costs?

Can I go through someone else to do the maintenance? Who would I call? Can electricians do this?
