If they do not provide, be sure to carry your own pack of tissues. Provide opponent the sight of you pinching a pick of pubes/or ass pubes and putting them in said tissues.

Offer tissue as a white flag and see if opponent still wants to fight.

The only game that comes to mind which this is a necessary game mechanic that must be dealt with in real game time is The Sims. I have peed in other games but it's always a secondary mechanic.
