I am so new that I dont even know where to start I found this loom randomly on printables

and went cool I would love to try weaving I already knit and sew.

What is this loom?
Where are good tutorials on this type of loom? (the creator does have a YT showing assembly and how to set up the loom so almost at the starting line there)
Where do I find loom/weaving patterns?
