Loving this app over DD & IC with the biking option!

InstaCart -- Can't make bike deliveries because it wouldn't allow the option. When signing up, it glitched and just had the checkbox for the vehicles as "selected vehicle(s)" with no options. Tried the messaging to contact support, they said "oh that's odd, not sure about that" and ended the chat. Tried to message again and asked for a supervisor (had to demand one 3 times before they reluctantly finally let me), supervisor said "oh, I have no idea" and ended chat. Tried to call, the number is a bot that says to contact via the app and hangs up. Don't bike with IC.

DoorDash -- "Here's an 8 mile round trip up and down a 45° incline for $2 with no tip!" Deny... "Here's a 10 mile round trip up and down a 45° incline for $2.35 with no tip! And if you keep denying these slave wages, we won't give you any decent orders in the future!" Click on hourly pay, 2 hours during prime-time with no orders coming through. Don't bike with DD.

Uber -- "Here's orders in a reasonable distance, all with tips, even with a single no-tipper we'll offer you $5 base pay!" I have only had to reject a few orders now due to it being extremely far. It seems that it's better programmed at recognizing my bike and giving reasonable distance orders. Every now and then it will give an obvious car order (8+ miles, pizza, giant order that in no way would fit in bags & basket on bike, etc.), but at least they don't threaten you with getting less orders / deactivation if you deny some of the slop. Absolutely 100% recommend that if you're considering doing the 2 wheel deliveries, use Uber no matter what!

Is there a way to dispute these horrifically wrong stats?

I started doing the biking option that Uber was offering. The main thing I noticed is that (not sure if this happens everywhere or just my city) it's quoting driving times for bike orders.

I actually tested this out with the 7 drop offs you see on screen. The 6 "late" ones were delivering on my bike and the 1 "on time" one was when I took my electric scooter while claiming I was still on a bike. I noticed that it was even claiming a restaurant was an 8 minute bike ride away. I took the scooter, was flying down the road at 25mph, passing cars stuck at lights, I ran 2 red lights, and made it there in 9 minutes. It then claimed the delivery location was a 12 minute bike ride away. I barely made it in 14 minutes on said electric scooter.

So, obviously the app is quoting car driving times and not bike times. How do I go about disputing my stats? Is there a function in the app? Or do I have to contact driver support?

Oh, and the 4 "on time" pick ups were only because the restaurants were a couple blocks from my house and I biked top speed through alleys & parking lot shortcuts to get there by the time it quoted.

Hulu already ruins credit & post credit scenes, but now can't even click 'watch credits' and it's auto ending episodes early?

[Oregon] How do I enable alcohol deliveries??

The button doesn't react and there's no link to click. When I looked online, it said to click this bar and it will direct you to somewhere to fill out information, take a test, and submit something. However, if it doesn't work then it says to contact customer support and gave the phone number.

When I called said number and got someone, they put me on hold for a few. They came back and said *"Yeah. Uh. You uh. So you don't have the background check done on your account."* I said *"Wait...what do you mean? I already completed a background check."* He said *"Oh...hang on..."* Apparently he claimed he was looking at my account but was just lying and making random guesses that sounded like he was googling general alcohol sales in my state. Came back again and said *"Yeah, so, I looked into this and it says you need to do the...alcohol module. Okay yeah. Do that."* I said *"Where do I find this module to complete?"* He replied *"Oh, I don't know. Just go do it."* I said *"Well...HOW DO I DO IT? It's not on the app. And, again, I checked the support page and it explains to call you for assistance. So how do I locate this module and complete it?"* He said *"Uh, just Google it."* I was like *"How do you think I got this number? I googled this issue, got the support page, it explained that if I can't click the bar in the app then I need to call you. Now you're telling me that you have no idea what to do and to just 'google it'?"* He said *"Well yeah. Not like I know. So yeah, Google it."*

I hung up on his completely stoned ass. Which no, this wasn't someone who seemed like they were just doing their job reading a script and that English wasn't their native language. It sounded like some kid fresh out of (more likely dropped out of) high school that was stoned off his ass trying to make random guesses and give up after 3 whole seconds of thought.

Can someone please help me figure this out?

"1-5 mins, 2-6 mins, 1-4 mins" I haven't gotten an order in 25+ minutes, 1st day ever dashing, am I doing something wrong or is the time just a complete lie?

The r/Landscaping sub was unmoderated for years. It is a high traffic sub (over 1 million visitors). I am a professional landscaper of many years and I noticed the lack of rules / flairs / really anything in the sub as well as no moderation happening (besides a poorly coded auto-mod). Many people within the community were bringing up the fact that there was no moderation and everything was getting ignored.

I decided to reach out and see if the mod (only 1 in the sub) wanted any assistance. I figured I could offer my services as a fellow experienced mod as well as a professional landscaper. Weeks passed and I never received any reply. So, I decided to reach out to the RedditRequest system. The system went through the manual check and whatnot, then eventually gave me mod privileges in the sub. Apparently, they actually fully removed the previous mod due to the lack of activity from them.

Weeks have gone by, I have done a multitude of things to fix & improve the sub. Folks have been so grateful and enjoying the changes and structure. It has been amazing.

Now...I had the previous mod (yes, weeks later hadn't even realized he was removed) messaging me via modmail of a similar private sub. He is stating that he "will be challenging the decision" and demanding that he gets reinstated to take back his sub. He is claiming that he "never got any notifications" even though I did see the notifications via mod mail still unread when I gained control of the sub.

-----

Do I have anything to worry about? Will they be able to go through with this "challenge" and get control back of the sub? I'm worried about losing it. Also, if they do go through with some kind of "challenge", am I able to contest it?
