This popped up twice over the span of a month or so. Where could it possibly be from? Should I be worried?

I genuinely have no clue where this is from.

foreigner who works in the poblacion/rockwell area, other than the rockwell condos, what are the best options around the area? the rockwell condos feel bleak compared to salcedo condos that have a really nice charm

are there nearer areas that could have more life that i should look to rent in (compared to a commercial place like rockwell)

but almost as vibrant and and full of life as salcedo (but not as rowdy as poblacion gets)

im not sure if im making sense here, but basically im looking for a condo that is walkable to the rockwell area but has a feel and charm of a condo in salcedo?

any help would be appreciated:))
