I need help categorizing party members

I want to create my team but I am having a hard time knowing what stats I should be concentrating on regarding the different classes...

For example: H.B. seems to be a tank of some kind based on his class. So I try going for defense and HP.

However, with characters like Alexa, etc, whom I really want in my team, I have no idea what their class is focused on. Would concentrating on her Attack be viable? Or maybe Evasion or is her class more of a tank-class?

Does anyone have any idea or is every class a "customize them however you want, it doesn't matter" type of deal?

Chapter 13 (Act 1) different cutscene?

Hello! When I played Xenoblade X for the first time on Switch, and I got to Chapter 13 (Act 1) for the first time, I distinctively remember a completely different cutscene occurring than on my second run this time!

In my earlier run, the cutscene had Lin panicking majorly in the Blade Tower during their discussion and Elma and everyone else had to calm her down.

In my current playthrough, this never happened and everyone was simply talking about these >!dematerialization events!<.

Does this chapter 13 have different cutscenes that can occur??? I remember that cutscene of her panicking really well because I actually deleted my save-file after that and restarted the game (my current run) and I have NO recollection of this newer cutscene ever having happened!

New Update brings comments under games??

When I play a game and the shaders, etc, are loading on my screen, I will see comments pop up under the loading bar.

I was waiting for Xenoblade X to load and I saw "Trans rights are human rights" under the loading bar and thought to myself "where the fuck did that come from?!" The next day when I was playing Octopath, the comment "I hate mondays" appeared.

Where the hell are these comments coming from??

I feel like shit at work

I am the new chef of the school library. I have no coworkers, only me.

The accountant is someone I wish I could never talk to again, but sadly he takes care of us badging ourselves when we come in and out and this man HATES when you ask him a question he supposedly already answered, even if only vaguely. I asked him a question last week and asked if he could repeat it and this dude pulled a face infront of me and gave a loud "sigh" which is a GREAT start to a conversation.

I have more questions now about badging but I just really, really don't want to talk to him anymore. I just got off the phone with him because I did not correctly badge myself when working in the evening, and I had a few questions regarding how/when/why you do things and he just straigh up asked me "I have no idea where you get your questions from and how you think". I tried my best to ignore that comment on the phone and explain my point of view, but MAN. Did that shit fucking hurt.

Does not help either that sometimes, an electrician from the school, comes to the library to make small talk, and he saw that I still had a lot of dictionaries (from the exams) on my table and he said "dude, it's been so long since the exams are over and they are STILL there, what are you doing" and I had to gather every ounce of energy in my body to not start panicking, getting the feeling that I am falling behind, spiraling, that I am doing something wrong again, etc.

The worst part is that he jokes, constantly. Every sentence he says, no matter how serious, HAS to end in a joke, quip or anything else. It gets to incredibly draining after talking to him for more than 10 minutes, because he is constantly poking fun at you, making sarcastic comments on how you work, etc.

I hate

  • I hate that most my male friends never text me back at all. I initiate every convo, even in our group chat. And despite them and me enjoying time together once we do meet, I know if I did not reach out, we would not meet, ever.
  • I hate how I pre-think what I am going to say when I meet someone outside, as if I have to prepare so I don't fail a conversation and get condemned to whatever
  • I hate how, when I make a mistake mid convo, I get INSANE amounts of shame and regrets once I am alone
  • I hate how, despite being an adult, I still feel like my 13 year old self, just older. I am still lost 24/7 but most older adults in my job/private life seem to just, fucking know what to do whenever something happens and I just stand there thinking to myself "am I supposed to know this already?..."
  • I hate how I am constantly over-thinking every thing I say and do, it's just so incredibly exhausting oh my god man. What makes it worse is I know most people don't do any introspection whatsoever and get by 1000 times better than me.
  • I hate how the mask I have been wearing for years, to seem somewhat normal and functioning, is taking over my "default" personality in social settings, even if I try taking it off, it comes back. I don't even know who I am sometimes...
  • I hate that I crave genuine friendship, but I am deathly afraid of being vulnerable. "No one would like someone like me-spiel" that plays on repeat at this point
  • I hate how I had to get used to being alone to the point that now I am not sure if I prefer being alone more because I genuinely like it or because I had to force myself into this mold and now it's just more comfortable than the alternative
  • I hate how I am always the support friend, the 3rd-wheel friend. The friend who is good to have once I am there, but not necessary to begin with
  • I hate how I, despite me getting along with most of my female friends, since I am not female, I know that I will also never "truly belong" in their group either since I am a dude, so in the end, I don't have my standing in neither my male or female friendhip groups.
  • I hate how it's the social norm that in order to enjoy an evening with friends, you HAVE to drink alcohol. The amount of times I have told people "I may not drink alcohol, but I don't care, I go out to spend time with you guys, not to get drunk, I don't mind being the only one who does not drink" and being met with a "oooh.... well, that's great and all, but the drinking is just part of the experience"
  • I hate how I have all these people around me in life, yet if it really, really came down to whom I would contact should I ever, ever consider offing myself, I know damn well I wouldn't contact any of them.
  • I hate how this life is moving. Not just mine, but life in general. You have to love work culture, if you are not on social media you are basically an outcast, you cannot truly relax because there is always another problem around the corner, I hate how giving your best is not enough; it never is. You give them something and they ask "what's next", the show always has to be greater, faster, better. Trying is not enough, your intentions, no matter how noble, are not important.

I apologize for this. I just really needed to get this off my chest, I have no one else I dare say this to, so all I can do is go on some fucking website online and share my thoughts because I am not even sure my friends would like this side of me nor could I ever expose my thoughts and feelings like this to the people I know personally.

I am sorry for this.

Wanting friends but hating to be with them - The paradox

I absolutely hate this paradox in myself. I desperately want close friends; even a best friend, if I should ever be so lucky. When I see groups of people walking and talking together, I feel a wave of envy. I catch myself imagining being with the "fantasy group" of friends I’ve constructed in my head, wishing so badly that I could have that in reality. And while I deeply cherish my alone time, even I hit my limit with isolation eventually.

But then, the moment an opportunity comes up to hang out with a group, or even when I occasionally go out one-on-one with someone, it flips. I literally have to force myself to find the motivation to go out and have fun.

It drives me crazy because I can never figure out what it is I actually want. On one hand, I crave meaningful connection; on the other hand, when I get it, I find myself wishing I were back home on my own.

At this point, I don’t know if this is an introvert thing, an ADHD thing, or something else entirely, but man... is it exhausting. Does anyone else ever feel this way?

If something bad happens = my world comes crashing down

I absolutely despise this fucking feeling. I will have a few days at work where everything goes alright, and I feel great and that I belong in this role.

Then one thing goes semi-wrong, it is brought to my attention and to me, this feels like the whole system is about to crash because of me. I hate this so much.

Something was brought to my attention this morning that may-or-may not be my fault (it's still being checked) and already I am catastrophizing in my head, I lost my motivation and I feel like a failure and someone else would have done this better than me.

I hate this way of thinking so much, I have no clue if it's my social anxiety or my ADHD, or possibly both, I don't even know at this point. I just want to disappear and wallow in my own self-pity.
