I'm new to this,so please forgive my ignorance. I have two properties in North East Ohio. One has a 5814 sqft needing 58 squares. The other has 2291 sqft needing 23 squares. The one that's 5814 has many levels and pitches. The other has two levels that I can walk on both with no safety equipment. My question is what am I looking at price wise with decent asphalt shingles. I know it's a loaded question without seeing the projects,but I want to do everything properly without breaking the bank. The two quotes I got for the big one were 55k and 60k. Any help would be appreciated.

A friend of mine is getting out of the feds. He has done about 17 years, CSAM, he took it to trial and lost. He gets out in a few weeks. He was offered 2 months of halfway house and he declined it because he was going to go to his mom's house. His case manager told him today that he couldn't go there because of an arts school that is nearby. There is a school nearby but I don't see this art school on Google maps. Is there a way to determine property line distance from said school? The case manager told him he has to go to a homeless shelter in a different county. I can't call the sheriff's office because they are only open for SO registration from Monday to Thursday. I want to do what I can to help because he doesn't have any resources. I don't know if there is an app or program to determine the property lines or the suitability of the home. He is going to lake county Ohio and the homeless shelter is in Cuyahoga county. If he goes there he won't have any help from anybody. Any suggestions, resources, ideas would be of great help. Thank you.
