I had a flight at 1 pm from Surat Thani to Chiang Mai for the next week.
I was going to catch a ferry + van service and arrive at 11 am at the airport.
However the flight (Thai Air Asia) has now changed to 10:30 am and I dont find any good option to go from Koh Samui and arrive at the Surat Thani airport before 9 am.
Any suggestions? So far I think i would take the ferry the night before and sleep near the airport.

July 1 (Car Day 1): Boat to Koh Tan from south pier. Afternoon: Waterfall (Hin Lad or Na Muang) OR ATV/Zipline. Night: Lamai Market.

July 2 (Car Day 2): Big Buddha, Lad Koh viewpoint, Hin Ta Hin Yai rocks, and Silver Beach. Sunset at Jungle Club.

July 3 (Departure): Early Ferry/Bus to Surat Thani (07:00-11:00)
