Why are we so averse to clarification?

If I THINK I didn't understand 1% of what you said, I'll ask for clarification. But in zed we just continue with what we ASSUMED was asked for.... Why? What exactly are we scared of? Is asking a question taboo? A sin? Frowned upon? I'd respect you a million times more if you asked for clarification but it seems that's not the normal response?

I'm so eFFFing done with this cr*p

Wtf is this Eufy? This is like the 6th camera I've had fail in the same way but this one of all came back to life by itself. You can't convince me this is environment based or anything but malicious actions or incompetence from Eufy's side. I'm so done with this brand. I thought I found the one that I'd be using for the rest of my life. I was ready to invest 10s of thousands to kit out everywhere needed but nooooooo. You don't want me as a customer and you want us to keep buying replacement for devices that are supposed to last minimum 5 years without intervention. I have recommended your stuff to so many people in my network and now I'll be ACTIVELY advising against any of your products. Screw you.

I believe HIK has solar options too now so I'm definitely bouncing back to them because wtf is the BS?

Additonal note about the limitations of this sub... Where is the vulgar language? Your spelling is horrendous. Go to the Eufy community on their site if you want to be vulgar? WTF?

Silent loss of files/folders/edits

Hi Nextcloud community. I've been loving nextcloud since the day I found out about it and finally felt freed from the cloud storage overlords.

Recently I've started having an issue with silent loss of data. If I have a large file uploading and make edits to folder structures, files or even just names. The edits and changes or files I've placed for upload sometimes disappear with no trace of my edits ever being made.

This only happens if a large file is uploading and the rest of the files have not yet been able to upload.

It especially happens after a OS restart. As if my local files and version of the edits is ignored and replace with anything previous to the large file upload stating.

Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix to it?

This is my 5th S330 that has failed in the exact same way.

What is going on with the S330 solar cameras? I have had 5 of them work perfectly from install for months. Charge fine and stay 100% even during winter and then RANDOMLY they'll start discharging until they die.

Wtf is going on? None of Eufys stuff is cheap. I can't return it easily because of purchasing from Amazon and not having an easy RMA path because of my region.

Has anyone experienced this and have a fix for it? I have cameras all over the country that are hard to access and keep going down one by one every couple of months.
