Constantly hitting potholes

I bought a max g3 for 750 about 6 months back. Been using it daily pretty much since then. Probably 14 mi a day on average. I live in Denver and the streets are horrible. Sidewalks are sometimes even worse and definitely less predictable (especially at 28mph). Random holes in the ground or insanely uneven grounds come up too quickly, and I'm typically in a huge rush. But, point is, I tend to slam into a lot of potholes. Yesterday, I MAJORLY slammed into one at max speed. On a sidewalk. There were too many people around for me to pull over and check it out..I'd have been embarrassed. Lol. But I pulled over a block down, inspected it.. and it's totally fine. Checked on it today before and after work, still totally fine. No damage at all. Scared it's gonna catch up to me somehow? lol.. anyone have experiences similar? What happened to your max g3?

Cash for Girlfriends Birthday (29m 26f)

I am 29M and my girlfriend 26F is turning 27 this week. She's been without work for over a month and is struggling financially. We live together and have for a couple months. Been together about 6 months. I'm considering giving her a couple hundred bucks in a birthday card during our dinner reservations on her bday with me her and her 5 year old son.

Would this be considered thoughtless and rude or considerate and understandable given the circumstances?

Comparing Vyvanse to Adderall

With anyone who has experience... how would you compare vyvanse to adderall or even concerta mg to mg. Like "50mg vyvanse feels to me like 30mg adderall".. for example. Thanks in advance.

Need advice from employees (past or present)

I picked up a job at Goodwill pricing houseware products full time. I really like it here and could see myself doing it long enough to check off some of my financial goals, at the very least. But there's 2 problems I have.

1.) I'm only technically here temporarily, filling in for another employee that's temporarily out on maternity leave. (3-6weeks according to management)

2.) I'm not hitting my personal daily quota (price/tag 600 items per shift). Instead, I'm only hitting 400-500.

I think it's pretty clear I'm putting in a decent effort and showing that I'd like to stay permanently (management said this could be an option during the interview process depending on how things went). I have been late once by like 13 mins and another time 8 mins and I've only been here about a month.

What I'm asking is, with all this considered, what would y'all say my likelihood of remaining a production associate where I'm at permanently is? According to some of my coworkers, the chick I'm filling in for didn't hit her numbers either.

Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I wanna be clear.. I do put in maximum effort when I'm working. It's just hard to reach 600 items a day when I have to spend so much time relocating items that make it to my station that don't belong there. Also it's even harder when half the donations are garbage/salvage and can't even be put on the floor.
