I'm a self employed general handyman in the UK, I do a bit of all sorts , painting, decorating, tiling , flooring etc .

I've got fairly decent working with MDF , making cupboards, wardrobes and shelving etc.

Over the years I've got lazy and just tend to work on a day rate as I'm not entirely sure how long these builds will take, I'm well aware I could be earning more if I quote for jobs for much more than my day rate.

This is a inbuilt wardrobe I built from scratch a few months ago , sometimes I'll add a couple of days on to paint it but customer painted this one themselves.

What could I really be charging for this ?

Or , what would you pay for this ?

My GF popped round this evening after she'd had her nails done and surprised me with this , she revealed them one at a time from small one first, I realised once I saw the crooked tree .

We are going to Finsbury Park on Friday obviously
