Doing a kitchen renovation and have these vinyl floor tiles and also ceiling boards. Woried about asbestos.

Is there any way to fix this pipe?
I have this pipe, the one on the bottom, which is leaking, probably a pinhole leak. Is there any way to repair it? Obviously its got pipes above, floor right below and comes out from the wall on the right.
