Rocha Moya Debe Entregarse A EEUU Adentro Del Mes De Junio ~ Arestegui Noticias (Spanish AND English)

NO ALTERNATIVE: Sinaloa Governor Rubén Rocha Moya, accused of ties to narco-terrorism, will reportedly surrender "voluntarily" to U.S. authorities. According to internal sources cited by Aristegui Noticias, if he fails to do so, federal agents "will come for him" after June.

ANALYSIS BY VALOR TAMAULIPECO:

Rocha Moya—and others in his position—must surrender. Under the logic governing individuals facing extradition, the sole viable strategy to avoid being crushed by the U.S. justice system is damage control, rather than pursuing unrealistic escape scenarios.

The U.S. Department of Justice has already indicted Governor Rocha Moya and several other officials for conspiracy to traffic narcotics and firearms in coordination with the Sinaloa Cartel. These federal charges carry mandatory minimum sentences of several decades, up to life imprisonment. The case, currently pending in a New York federal court, is not a minor ordeal: it involves fentanyl, cocaine, heroin, and methamphetamines, framed around a narrative of "narco-terrorism" and institutional collusion with the "Los Chapitos" faction.

As previously emphasized, those facing extradition have no political narrative or campaign rhetoric to rely on. The reality is straightforward: there is only one direct path, which is surrender. Remaining at large does not preserve honor; it merely manages procedural anxiety.

Persisting as a fugitive triggers the combined capabilities of U.S. law enforcement agencies—pressures that Mexican institutions will ultimately be unable to withstand. Unlike a negotiated surrender, an apprehension is typically forceful, designed to serve as a public example, and leaves no room for negotiation regarding prison conditions, cooperation agreements, or family protection.

Conversely, an early surrender allows defendants to negotiate plea deals, sentence reductions, or a recontextualization of their role— positioning themselves as a cog within the network rather than the "political mastermind" of a narco-state. Such leniency is rarely extended to fugitives apprehended by force.

Furthermore, a brokered surrender mitigates the political and diplomatic fallout for Mexico. The public narrative shifts from an aggressive cross-border extraction to a voluntary submission to justice, thereby reducing Washington’s incentive to turn the case into a high-profile public warning.

While officials within Mexico's Attorney General's Office (FGR) currently dismiss the U.S. petition as an incomplete "provisional detention" request lacking sufficient evidence, such documentation is standardly not required at this stage of the proceedings. The underlying message remains clear: the legal process is underway, and time is running out.

Simultaneously, Washington has signaled that "this is only the beginning." The case against Rocha Moya could serve as a gateway to target other political figures linked to Sinaloa—including Tamaulipas Governor Américo Villarreal—rendering those implicated highly expendable should they choose to resist.

Narco Politicians' Contradictions: What You Earn Vs. What You Buy

The Coordinator of Tech Development for Rubén Rocha Moya wears an 800,000-peso Rolex Yacht-Master despite earning 31,000 pesos. He claims it is an inheritance...
800,000 pesos = $ 46,000
31,000 pesos = $ 1,700
He earned $ 1,700 a month and bought a $ 46,000 watch.

Chapo Isidro's People Claim To Have Control Of Doña Consuelo's House: La Casa Rosa In La Tuna ~ Then They Post A Video Of El Cielo Ranch, Trying To Pass It As La Casa Rosa
In October 2025 we saw a video by Chapo Isidro's para military group on many X news accounts, showing a drone dropping a bomb on La Casa Rosa, the former residence of El Chapo's mother (Doña Consuelo, who died in 2023.)
The bomb missed the house and didn't seem to cause any significant damage.
Today another video surfaced by the same group: Isidro's People claim to be looting La Casa Rosa. Yet the house they are looking is not la casa Rosa but Ranch El Cielo. In fact, that ranch was also seen on another video posted 2 months ago.
Bottom Line:
We don't know if Doña Consuelo's House is now in the hands of Isidro's people or of it's still in her grandkids' hands
Falling Like Dominos: Other Narco-Politician Indicted With Rocha Moya, Is In The US: For His First Time NOT On Vacation ~ Former Secretary Of Finances Enrique Diaz Incarcerated In Trumpland
On the same day, we learn of the arrest of Gerardo Mérida (or Medina) Sanchez, Sinaloa's Secretary Of Public Security, and of the arrest of another one of the 10 narco Politicians who got indicted alongside Rocha Moya.
Enrique Diaz, former Sinaloa Secretary Of Finances (he quit in 2024) is already detained in the US.
He was arrested in Europe (various news sources mention Ireland or Italy) and immediately extradited to the US.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES AGAINST DIAZ IN THE US?
[From: Infobae]
It is worth recalling that on April 29, it was announced that the former official is included in the formal indictment filed before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, along with 9 other Mexicans who were part of the government of Rubén Rocha Moya. As of today, Rocha Moya has taken a leave of absence for more than 30 days, as he is also included on this list.
The United States Department of Justice highlights that Díaz Vega conspired to import narcotics. Additionally, for possessing "machine guns and explosive devices," the former official could face life imprisonment for the charges.
The document consulted by Infobae México highlights that Enrique Díaz and Senator Enrique Inzunza — who has not requested a leave of absence — allegedly colluded to "place corrupt officials to protect the drug trafficking operations of the Chapitos and acted as liaisons between the leaders of the Chapitos and Rocha Moya."
It also indicates that during the 2021 gubernatorial elections, as denounced by various politicians in recent days, Vega Díaz allegedly gave the Chapitos "the names and addresses of the opponents" of Rocha Moya, so that the criminal group could carry out threats to "force those opponents to withdraw from the gubernatorial race."
He remained in Rocha Moya's government for 3 years
The former secretary accused of drug trafficking by United States authorities held the position of head of the Ministry of Administration and Finance of Sinaloa for three years, starting November 1, 2021, the date he was appointed to lead one of the strategic agencies of the state government headed by Rocha Moya.
His role was central in the presentation of economic packages before the Congress of the State of Sinaloa, framed within the financial discipline policy that defined the administration during that period.

🚨 TIME BOMB... WHAT MANY SINALOANS ALREADY KNEW HAS EXPLODED...
💥 The names of the CLOUTHIER and COPPEL families are coming to light in the "money laundering" network as partners of Enrique Díaz Vega, the former Secretary of Finance of the Government of Sinaloa, who is among the 10 individuals accused of drug trafficking by the US and whose extradition is being requested.
Díaz Vega, Secretary of Finance for the Government of Rocha Moya during the first three years of his administration, is the owner of countless companies (image attached below) in which he reportedly has members of the "prestigious" Sinaloan Clouthier and Coppel families as partners.
What was rumored as an open secret, our sister publication, Revista Espejo Sinaloense, exposes by citing each of the companies and the names of the partners.
💥 Don't just take our word for it; this information can be verified in the Public Registry of Property, the corresponding notary public, and the Treasury Department so that no one is deceived by what is said here.
⚠️ This involves several Sinaloan families who present themselves as honest, but who were reportedly already known to be laundering money with the local cartel.
💥 Díaz Vega's fortune is described as inexplicable, having acquired major businesses and companies with questionable funds in a short period of time.
💥 The actions taken by the United States government target not only political figures involved in illegal activities but also business owners accused of pretending to be honest.
💥 This is said to confirm what has been rumored throughout Culiacán for a long time.
💥 The Coppel family owns the well-known department stores across the country.
Meanwhile, the Clouthier family has interests in real estate, agriculture, and the El Noroeste newspaper.
💥 The situation is expected to escalate as business owners, not just political figures, may be held accountable in the US.

Supporting The Cartel Without Knowing ~ When Mayo Zambada Put Milk On Your Children's Tables And You Had No Idea

One of cartels' most important activities is money laundering: "washing" the dirty money by investing it in legal businesses, so the money is now clean and it also brings in future revenue.
This way, the narco infiltrates all kinds of businesses: food production, hotels, tourist resorts, purebred horses, horse racing, real estate, construction, restaurants and many, many more.
El Mayo Zambada is a rancher. He uses his cows for meat and milk production, which he sells on a large scale to the Mexican people. I wouldn't be surprised to learn that he or other narcos are behind other large scale food productions that are shipped to the US.
When they arrested El Mayo in Texas, his immediate worry was to get back to his cows. He had work to do at one of his ranches, with the cows and he expect d to be back ASAP. (How do I know that? Anabel Hernandez had a whole episode on his capture)
Here we will look at one example: Leche Santa Monica, produced by El Mayo Zambada, and named after his daughter Monica del Rosario Zambada Niebla.
The Mexican government went along with it, pretending to be unaware that this was a money laundering enterprise, until the US labeled it as such.
Just like this, there are many more products that you are all buying, thus unknowingly and involuntarily supporting the cartel business.
LECHE SANTA MONICA ~ HISTORY
Leche Santa Mónica, an iconic brand in Sinaloa during the 90s and 2000s, was linked by OFAC to Ismael “El Mayo” Zambada as part of a money laundering network. The company, produced by Nueva Industria de Ganaderos de Culiacán, is named in honor of his daughter, Mónica del Rosario Zambada Niebla.
Link: U.S. authorities identified the company as part of the Sinaloa Cartel's financial network.
Origin: The brand was popular in Sinaloa and, according to reports, had been operating since November 1993.
Current Situation: Mónica Zambada Niebla was linked to the company and has faced recent operations in the area of El Salado, Sinaloa, in March 2026.
Production: The main plant was located in the El Alto Bachigualato neighborhood, in Culiacán.

News Of Mayito Gordo Returning To Mexico Explode On social Media ~ Possible Explanation Of The "Escape Theory"
💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈💈
The article states that Mayito Gordo completed his sentence in the US which included 3 years of supervised release. Now, US authorities were going to deport him to Mexico. Since he has a pending sentence of 2 and a half years in Mexico, they'd hand him over to Mexican authorities who would put him back in jail. In addition to that, he may even have additional new charges in Mexico. That's why it was best for him to return to Mexico on his own.
I had read that he was in Witness Protection like his brother Vincente. This explanation claims that no, he isn't.
What is the real story here?
If he is not in Witness Protection, then the above explanation would make sense. Rather than being turned over to Mexican authorities and go to jail, he left on his own so he can be free.
If this is true it confirms that:
The only people who can come back after ratting to the DEA, are the capos and their kids

Mexican Congress Member Used Public Funds To Pay For Plastic Surgery And More
Report on Mexican politician allegedly using public funds for personal medical and cosmetic procedures.
English Summary of the Video
The Allegation: Morena party deputy Hades Berenice Aguilar, from the Guanajuato Congress (representing Salamanca), is accused of charging a total of 46,000 pesos for plastic surgery and other cosmetic treatments to the public treasury
Evidence Found: According to tax receipts obtained through transparency systems, the deputy underwent surgery with two surgeons at Hospital Joya in Guadalajara in mid-November 2024.
Additional Expenses: Beyond the surgery, the report claims she also charged 20,000 pesos for a dental procedure and paid for a weight-loss treatment using government funds. In total, she is accused of spending 46,000 pesos of taxpayer money on these procedures
The Deputy's Defense: Following reports by journalists like Jorge García Orozco, Deputy Aguilar addressed the Congress to deny the claims. She argued that the expenses were actually for medical necessity, specifically a blood transfusion required due to a long-standing struggle with anemia.
Reporter's Commentary: Luis Chaparro dismisses her explanation, pointing out that her physical appearance suggests cosmetic work was done and criticizing the use of public funds for what he describes as "beautifying" the deputy. While she talks, her face barely moves due to all the cosmetic work
Rocha Moya Like Maduro? He Is Hiding In The State Palace.

English Summary of the Video
Rocha Moya’s Location: A report from Proceso, based on U.S. agency intelligence, indicates that Governor Rocha Moya is hiding in the State Government Palace in Culiacán. He is under permanent surveillance, including a tactical helicopter and at least six drones
On March 11, Rocha was reportedly spotted on the roof of the government building being treated for a respiratory issue. Security measures for him are constant and intensify during the night and early morning
Enrique Inzunza Cázares: The missing senator has reportedly been located in a reinforced house in Badiraguato. His family members have significantly altered their daily and academic routines to adapt to his strict security protocols.
Legal Actions: The Attorney General's Office (FGR) is set to reactivate cases directly affecting Rocha, specifically concerning the 2021 "narco-election" in Sinaloa and the murder of former UAS Rector Héctor Melecio Cuén Ojeda. Despite these investigations being open for over two years, Rocha has not yet been called to testify.
