feeling tired after upping dose to 54mg? Too large of a dose?

I recently restarted Concerta after not taking it since covid when I was about to graduate high school. I don't remember exactly what dose it was when I was in high school so my psychiatrist started me at 18mg. I felt the "high" for like the first 3 days in the morning but it was minor, just an elevated mood. I upped the dose to 36mg 2 weeks later and felt improvements while at the same time not having any of the "high" feeling, so my psychiatrist upped the dose to 54mg. I didnt get the medicine for like a week though so I had 1 week of basically 0 productivity and just laziness. When I started taking the 54mg i feel like im just tired and less focused but can still get myself to study for longer periods at a time. Is this too high of a dose? I thought a high dose would mean I would get overstimulated or high though

dropped from 161/161 to 157/157

I was studying for 2 months about 3 hours a day, 5 days a week and raised my score from 154v 156q to 161v 161q on the manhattanprep practice tests. then I got jury duty and was stuck on a jury for 2 weeks, then I got covid from that and wasnt able to study at all for another 1.5 weeks. I just took another practice test on mprep and my score was a 157v 157q and my scoreitnow writing result was a 4 instead of the 5s i got on my last 4 attempts. I was going to take the real GRE this month but man this shit sucked the life out of me I dont even want to look the computer anymore. Any advice on how to recover my scores?

Help with Task Initiation

I'm currently taking a gap year to study for grad school entrance and have almost no other obligations, so I really should be in an extremely good position to excel at finding a relevant job and studying, but i'm having problems initiating these things. I was unmedicated during undergrad and would struggle with attendance and waking up, but never missed submissions.

I started getting concerta again after graduating because I had a really hard time sitting down and studying. I would study for like 30 mins and then do something else so would get like 2-3 hours max of studying even though I dedicated an entire day to study. Meds helped me stay studying once I start, but I STRUGGLE HARD with initiating, and the medicine often wears off quickly after studying due to all the delaying and avoiding I do. I tried the routine timer stuff but I cant hold myself accountable. Any advice?

Hyperactivity went away with puberty?

When I was a kid I was super hyperactive and acted like an annoying crackhead. I was diagnosed with adhd and given concerta around 12 after years of teacher and parents suspicion. I kept getting told my IQ is too high so I cant possibly have ADHD, which I thought was so ridiculous. Started taking the meds and went through puberty around the same time, and over one summer I became quiet and reserved, with other students commenting about how depressed I looked all the time, and how much I changed. I never became hyper/super sociable again, and am super quiet now, even without meds. Anyone have a similar story?

trigen 54mg seems like a placebo compared to camber 36mg. is this even possible from the same medicine?

I decided to start treating my ADHD again after not taking any medicine since covid, and the psychiatrist prescribed me the 36mg generic for a month, which ended up being the camber 36mg XR. It worked pretty well but I feel like I needed a higher dose to really "lock in" so my psychiatrist gave me the 54mg to try out and see if I can tell a difference. The pharmacy was out of stock for the first 2 days and when I went to pick it up they gave me trigen 54mg extended release. This shit literally does nothing. I broke my streak of studying 4 hours a day daily and went back to square one where I was barely able to get myself to study. I even felt way more sluggish just taking a shower, I was just standing there in the hot water. My desk is also a mess with empty plastic water bottles and textbooks everywhere. Can anyone give me advice? Ive only been on the trigen for 4 days though, so IDK if I should try it a few more days or just call my psychiatrist and have her write me a new prescription. Anyone had experience with these XR concerta pills? man I feel like i cant even focus on writing this post. Did my body just get too used to concerta to the point where it doesnt even work anymore?

[USA] 3.0 gpa undergrad liberal arts trying to get into a grad program. what GRE score should I target?

I was drinking and having too much fun in undergrad (liberal arts) and ended up with a subpar 3.0 gpa. I am trying to get to a psychology grad program but im feeling like I have no chance competing against others, as they have 3.5-3.7 gpas usually. My scores are 161v 161q 5 writing. the quant score is really messing with my head because its only like 50 percentile. I would also like advice on what kind of job/volunteering I should do while studying and waiting for applications to start in order to help me with my chances.

I got 161v 161q on the practice test, which it claims is 88 percentile verbal and 79 percentile quant. when I look at the chart that ETS published, it says that my scores are 86 percentile and 53 percentile. On the scoreitnow writing test, I got a 5 twice. How accurate are these scores? And how does manhattan prep get its percentiles?
