Im rlly fat for an athlete n i dont stay consistent, i have a big bust that makes me look huge and fat around my arms and thighs, i think only running can fix this cuz im alrdy doing muscle training but my diet is smth i dont hv control on. Can yall gv me sum workouts and foods to eat so i can lose fat around my entire body to get better at my sport? Any tips for faster results?
