i’ve been lifting weights for about 3 weeks.My height is 175 cm and i weigh 74 kg and I have a belly.I don’t have a specific plan,can you guys give me some advices and a proper plan?

arkadaşlar tyt netlerim 65-70 arasında gidip geliyor fakat ayt matematiğim 5-6 falan geliyor.Sos1 30 falan geliyor ama bu sene mezuna da bırakmak istemiyorum.Bu son 1.5 ayda en iyi verimi nasıl alabilirim?

Aklımda mezuna bırakmak şuan yok ama mezuna bıraksam daha mı mantıklı olur?

hi guys,Pantera and LoG is coming to my country this summer and idk which concert to go. It will be my first metal concert so idk the difference. Pantera is coming with Cavalera Expiracy and LoG is coming with Orbit Culture? Which is better?

i've never seen him swear but some guys says that he is not clean? Idk what they mean but can somebody explain it to me?
