Our world would be free of judgement if opinions did not exist.

What's wrong with opinions? They do more harm than help. One example of opinions doing more harm is how a neurotypical parent talks down their autistic offspring on their "immaturity", regardless if said behavior was good/nice or bad/mean. We know autistic individuals function differently. They should not be forced to act like a normal person to please people and to conform to social norms. This is a stressful part on the autistic brain. The more the individual masks, the more they become paranoid of their true self. This is why opinions do more harm than help.

If Gwen was in the DCAS Finale "Put To The Sword"...

...she would take Riya's money away and split the $3 million to everyone except for Alec, Fiore, Riya, and Yul.

Jake smashes Fiore's helmet light and takes her ball

This scene was originally from the "Ridonculous Race" episode "How Deep is Your Love?"

Cast:

  • Jake as Josee
  • Tom as Jacques
  • Fiore as Kitty
  • Alec as Emma

Jake takes revenge on Fiore and Alec by smashing Fiore's helmet light and taking her ball, causing her and Alec to fall way behind in the challenge. Jake admits that the two had it coming for being jerks, while Tom feels that Alec falling way behind would be satisfying payback.

Disventure Camp 5 - Fans vs. Favorites (My Casting Selection)

In my opinion, Dan and Grett would replace Tom and Gabby; Tess and Hunter would replace Aiden and Ally; and the fourth "Carnival of Chaos" contestant (joining Benji, Spencer, and Natalia) would be a wildcard.

Beach Cities Transit Minor Route Adjustments

Good News for Beach Cities Transit riders. There is going to be route adjustments. I am not sure if:

  • Line 102 and 109 will change terminals in which Line 102 will travel to Riviera Village while Line 109 terminates inside the Redondo Beach Pier circle; or if...
  • ...Service on Line 109 will be simplified on Rosecrans Ave and Sepulveda Bl. This means Line 109 will no longer go inside Parkview Ave to serve Manhattan Village Mall and Park Pl will no longer stop for Plaza El Segundo riders.

We'll wait and see.

More dubs of “Disventure Camp” have arrived (Just a thought)

Since the Czech dub premiered two days ago, I have a prediction for some more dubs. “Disventure Camp”’s Spanish dub would be Universal Spanish. This may mean that like “Encanto” and “Coco”, the Spanish version the show was originally produced in would be used in Spanish-speaking territories. In other words, a Castilian Spanish and Catalan dub would be unlikely.

Metro Line 219 (2020, AU)

What if Metro Line 344 was renumbered to a 200s route as part of their NextGen Plan of 2020? The reason why the route ends at Redondo Beach Transit Center (formerly known as South Bay Galleria Transit Center) was service on Artesia Bl between Harbor Gateway Transit Center and South Bay Galleria is replaced with a high-frequency Line 130 (now Torrance Transit Line 13), but prior to the opening of both the HGTC and the Harbor Transitway in 1996, the route went as far as Artesia/Prairie before getting on the I-405.

Torrance Transit Line Rapid 3 (2022, AU)

What if Torrance Transit Line Rapid 3 was reinstated at the new Redondo Beach Transit Center instead of at the Torrance Transit Center as part of the 2022 Service Changes? It would've been the sole Torrance Transit route to serve the new Redondo Beach Transit Center.

Metro Line 210 (2035 Prediction, K Line Extension to Torrance Grand Opening)

This is Metro Line 210. It primarily serves Crenshaw Bl between Hollywood/Vine (sometimes Western/Wilshire) to the north and South Bay Galleria to the south. As proposed in the NextGen plan, the northern terminus is to be relocated to Wilshire/La Brea (D Line) Station, with Line 610 taking over the northern segment of the route between Wilshire/La Brea and Hollywood/Vine (B Line) Station.

FAQ:

  • What is going to happen with the Redondo Beach (South Bay Galleria) and Torrance Transit Centers? At the South Bay Galleria, since Line 210 currently occupies three bus bays, several routes that don't currently serve the RBTC would be rerouted. For example, Torrance Line 8 would be rerouted to serve the RBTC for the first time in ages. Line 215 is proposed to be rerouted to serve the RBTC (The route that replaced it stops at RBTC, but the older route did not). For Torrance, Some buses would have to share bus bays (like at Harbor Gateway). The only routes that layover at Torrance are Torrance Transit Lines R3 (Weekdays only), 4X (Saturdays only), 10X (Game Days only), and Hollywood Bowl Shuttles.

At the next South Bay Service Council meeting on August 31…

…I will ask what will happen with Bus Bays 1 & 2 at LAX/Metro Transit Center when the SkyLink finally opens. I inquired at a past meeting on whether Line 115 will reroute to LAX for the first time since Lines 315/715, but Metro said it was never a part of the 2020 NextGen Plan.

Torrance Transit Lines 7 and 9 (Modernized Attempt, Basis: pre-2012 Service Change)

What if Torrance Transit wanted to reinstate service on Lines 7 and 9 into Harbor City, like they did prior to Thanksgiving 2012 in which they became interlined at Sepulveda/Avalon to the east? In this proposal, Line 9 still travels to Kaiser Permanente in Harbor City, and resurfaces to Lomita Bl via Vermont Ave and westbound Lomita Bl. Service on Sepulveda and Del Amo Circle Bl (little street between the mall and Ralphs/Target) for more direct service to Del Amo Mall.

For Line 7, a new layover is created at Carson/Hawthorne (farside). The route still travels to LA Harbor College and Harbor City via Vermont, east Lomita, south Wilmington, and west PCH. Students get off at PCH/Figueroa Pl and walk over to LA Harbor.

If Line 7 were to terminate at LA Harbor College or Wilmington, how would your concept be proposed? This is if Line 7 chooses not to extend to Willow Street Blue Line Station.

Metro Line 561

The route map is the same as Line 761, but it gets on the 405 Freeway before and after stopping at the Getty. This was created as a conceptualized Express route since Rapid Lines 720 and 754 are going to become obsolete soon. Line 720 with the D Line Extension and more frequent Line 20; and Line 754 with the Vermont Transit Corridor.

Metro Line 450 (Revived Route, NextGen 2020)

According to the 2020 NextGen Plan, Metro is looking at reinstating Line 450 between 7th/Metro and San Pedro. As a result, the J Line (Line 910) is to be shortened to Harbor Gateway Transit Center. While many look forward to this change, the San Pedro representatives are against the reinstated Line 450.

Metro NextGen 2020 Map

Color Scheme (inspired by the 1989 SCRTD Map):

  • 1-99 (Downtown LA): Deep Orange
  • 100s (West-East): Blue
  • 200s (North-South): Pink (Google Maps didn't have the Pink option for grouped points/lines, so I went with Red, which was close enough)
  • 400s/500s (Express): Green
  • 600s (Shuttles): Purple

Partial list of differences from the actual plan:

  • Lines 40 and 212 switch terminals with Line 40 terminating at Downtown Inglewood K Line Station, while Line 212 terminates at Redondo Beach Transit Center (South Bay Galleria).
  • Line 62 is renumbered Line 262.
  • Line 125 is extended to Downtown Manhatan Beach.
  • Schedule-wise, Line 128 would be changed to reflect on transfer patterns with GTrans Line 3 to/from Redondon Beach.
  • Line 130 resumes operation between Redondo Beach Pier and Artesia Blue Line Station.
  • Line 202 is discontinued to extremely low ridership. Alternatives include Metro Blue Line and Line 205.
  • Line 205 will also be simplified in Carson ahead of the NextGen. Route will travel along Del Amo Bl and Main St when development on said intersection is fully open.
  • Line 344, the last Limited route, is renumered into Line 219 as part of Metro's restructuring plan.
  • Line 450 is reinstated to travel between 7th/Metro (Harbor Freeway Station on non-peak hours) and San Pedro in place of Line 950 (J Line to San Pedro). As a result, Line 910 will solely operate between Harbor Gateway and El Monte.
  • Metro Line 761 is renumbered to Line 561 as part of the restructuring plan.

What if "Sleeping Beauty" was still rereleased in theaters in Spring 1993 according to the preview seen on the 1992 VHS of "Beauty and the Beast"?

As shown on the 1992 VHS of "Beauty and the Beast", "Sleeping Beauty" was going to see a Spring 1993 re-release before Disney decided to push it back to 1995.

GTrans New Line 1 (Proposed Concept, 2028)

This is my prediction for GTrans' New Line 1, which merges Lines 1X and 4 into a one-seat ride between Redondo Beach K Line Station and Harbor Gateway Transit Center. This was based on an idea from the 2018 GTrans Service Study Plan, which was made before Line 7X was even planned.

What happens next for Line 1X?

  • Marine Ave shares a similar distance on Van Ness between Western Ave (served by the proposed Line 6 along the corridor) and Crenshaw Bl (New Line 1 will serve Crenshaw between Marine Ave and Redondo Beach Bl in order to provide connections to El Camino College.
  • In addition to New Line 1, 166th on Western Ave is also accessible by New Line 6, while Lines 2 and 3 (eastbound only for Line 3) serve Gardena Bl.
  • Vermont Ave is served by Line 2.
