Struggling to find a job

This is not a rant but god am i struggling. Let me start with about me,
I am 18, in college, studying psychology. I been working at walmart since Feb 2024, which was my first job too. I am deeply interested in entry level health care careers, anything to help with my future career (going to be a therapist, health care jobs help me memorize medications and terminology as well as starting experience for the future). I have some certifications for example: Professional Communications, and Seal of Biliteracy. I have excellent customer service experience and I am cooperative with my managers and the schedules they need me to work.

Recently I been applying to Pharmacy Technician positions. out of a total of 23 applications, I got ONE interview and they rejected me. I came nicely dressed, positive attitude, gave them the availability they needed, and left with a firm handshake and a smile. Yet, nothing.

College scheduling is creeping and Id like morning shifts, but i genuienly havent seen a single job posting that needs morning shifts, and I am absolutely exhausted of waking up and immediately going to work. Eventually, I will need to work some morning shifts, whether because of college or personal time.
Hell, at the interview I told the employer i can work any hours or days they need me, yet even thats not enough.
I seriously need to find a new job, not only because of taking a step forward in my career, but also because my current job is extremely physical, especially considering I work the pick up department through storms, wind, snow, ice, and even scroched sun.
Anyone have any suggestions? advice? guidance?

Anyone else having latency issues on Scarletts?

Typing this out of pure anger.. Ive always had my latency set to 3ms. Then one random day a week ago i open my guitar sim and im met with screeching audio coming from my interface input. it always worked perfectly fine and i hadnt touched anything. i figured its the drivers. i downloaded new drivers for the scarlett solo 3rd gen which is the one im using. then boom, all of a sudden my amp sim latency of 3ms suddenly feels like a sluggish grandma dragging herself up a ladder. its insanely frustrating and it doesnt bother me much when im playing just the guitar but when i play along a song, my playing is in sync with the song but my interface is late and delays everything and then everything turns out to sound like sluggish earrape. even though the latency is set to 3ms, it does not sound like 3ms at all, irs like it completely bypassed it and stuck to like 10-11ms. and when i open focusrite control, the lowest i can set the latency without cutting audio or glitching is 10-15ms!!!! i have a high end computer so it should handle audio better than what most people use to record, so what is the issue??? im genuinely so tired, i called the tech support and they told me to do a clean reinstall of the drivers and thats what i did and it didnt help a single bit. I know im not the only person experiencing this, i saw some other guitarists complain about this issue within this past week, but no one has come up with a solution

[TOMT] Very similar sounding song that I cant remember

I am listening to "Daire" by Smak, an ex-yugoslavian rock band. This whole song reminds me of other rock songs all over the place. Il leave some time marks so you guys can check it out, but its driving me nuts
0:30-0:36, that chorus part right there with the guitar and drums just sounds so familiar and similar to some other rock songs i cant think of
0:36-0:49 the post chorus riff also sounds like a bluesy rock song ive maybe heard before
