No July Passport Appointment Slots Yet?

Anyone else waiting for July passport appointment slots to open? I’ve been checking the DFA appointment site regularly but there are still no available dates for July.

Usually, when do they start opening new slots? Is there a specific day or time they release them? Trying to secure an appointment ASAP. Thanks!

Lost passport and new passport application process

Hey everyone!

I would like to inquire about the process for applying for a new passport for my father. He previously had a passport; however, it was lost a long time ago, and we are now planning to apply for a new one.

May I ask if this case should be considered a passport renewal or a lost passport application when setting an appointment online?

Additionally, could you please advise us on the requirements needed for this process? Specifically, we would like to know if an Affidavit of Loss is still required even though the passport has been missing for many years.

Planning to uninstall NBA 2K26 for free space—will my MyCareer, MyNBA, and other saves still be there when I reinstall? Or do I need to back them up first?
Thanks!

Hey everyone,

My girlfriend is about to graduate with her Master’s degree, and I want to get her something really meaningful to celebrate the moment. She’s worked incredibly hard for this, so I’d love a gift that feels special and not just generic.

I’m open to spending if it’s worth it.

For those who’ve been in a similar situation (or received a graduation gift you loved), what would you recommend?

Thanks in advance!

Hey everyone,

I was checking my air conditioner stats and noticed it's currently using about 191.5 W while set to 24°C on cool mode with medium fan speed. The outside temp is around 28.5°C, and indoor is about 23°C.

For context, I’m using a Midea Qube 2.0 (0.75 HP, inverter).

I’m not really sure if this is considered high or pretty normal for an AC unit. Does this seem like a lot of electricity usage, or is it actually efficient?

Would appreciate any insight, especially from people who track their AC energy usage too! Thanks!
