We are an older couple and planning to do just the last 100km of the Portuguese route next fall, starting in Vigo. I am thinking we might want a rest day along the way because we both do have some minor health issues. I was leaning towards Caldas de Reis because it is our halfway point. Are there any suggestions for things to do and see there? Is there a variety of dining options? Is there a better choice of a town to spend a day in? Thank you for any guidance ☺️
