I’ve been an L3 associate for about a year and I am stepping down to L1 flex associate in June. I understand that I will lose all my benefits when that happens. My question is- if I request tuition payment for a program/certification starting on May 21 and ending in November, will Amazon still pay for it? Would I have to pay any of it back even though I would be starting 2 weeks before I lose my benefits? My career choice budget is $5,200 and the program is under $4,000.
