Does the Santos BVF get too much criticized

Hot take maybe, but the BVF Cartier Santos Medium is actually really solid and gets to much hate.

People love to point out the flaws (mainly bezel screws and the crown), but honestly… they’re tiny. Unless someone is literally inspecting the watch up close for a legit check or comparing it side-by-side with gen, nobody is going to notice.

In day to day wear, the watch looks absolutely sublime. The finishing, proportions, wrist presence, bracelet system, it just feels premium. I’ve worn/handled enough watches to say that in real life it genuinely gives you that Cartier Santos feeling.

Are there flaws? Sure. But they’re massively overblown online imo. For 99.9% of normal interactions, it looks and feels fantastic. Ofc the majority of people would agree I think, but I saw some post and comments trashtalking it and even some people calling it a shitter

I live in Europe and it is difficult to get good BAC water from a trusted source. I got BAC from my Chinese supplier and it worked for some of my peps but with Mots C it turned to gel. I don’t want to risk a second vial and thinking of using injection water medical grade. What do you guys think?

  3. Index alignment: Looks a Bit off from my view. The 3 and 6 marker look crooked to me. Maybe it's the angle of the pictures? Please help me to decide whether it is good aligned or not.

  1. Anything else you notice: My TD says the watch is aligned and I will not find a better aligned model. Repost because somehow my other post was deleted.
