Two months ago I bought a VPN subscription to support a YouTuber whose channel the VPN company was sponsoring. They talked about how the VPN can let you see content in blocked regions and protect your privacy.
I installed it and turned it while using discord and suddenly anytime I tried to message someone or post in a channel the message went red and I was forcibly logged out of my account made to fill out a captcha out and told I had to enter a code sent to my email or phone to log back in to the account.
After trying to live with this and use my account normally for a few hours I found it kept happening again and again until suddenly I was logged out and told my account was permanently suspended. They said I was found to have violated the spam guidelines 5 times and the timestamp for the violations was every time I was logged out of my account for trying to send a normal message to someone I know or posting in a server. I never sent multiple messages at a time and literally only sent 5 messages while the VPN was turned on so I wasn't spamming because anytime I tried to send anything I got logged out and these messages were not spam and didn't have any links in them or anything that would make someone think it was spam.
I appealed the ban in the discord support website and then waited a week and then waited another week and then waited more with no response. Finally after 2 months I tried logging back into the support website and was told my password or email was incorrect which I know isn't true because I use a password manager. I try to reset the password and am told that an error has occurred. I've cleared cookies and tried on multiple browsers and devices over the past week but it won't let me login to the support account to check the status of my appeal and won't let me update the password when it says the one I put is incorrect.
What do I do now? I've lost $3,000 in commissions which is my only source of income from not being able to contact clients I talk to on discord and I'm scared and don't know what to do.
