Does anyone know where can I find High school textbooks for learning French (with Italian or English as the starting language)?

I'm looking for a series of digital books to learn French (starting from English or French), starting at a high school level.

I haven't been able to find any on zlib and similar sites (perhaps because there isn't a high demand).

Could anyone help me?

How much is it worth (7060 SFF)?

I'd like to sell my Optiplex 7060 SFF. I'm selling in Italy and Europe.

Here are the specs:

Intel Core i5 8600

2TB Fanxiang M.2 NVMe SSD

24GB DDR4 RAM (3 sticks)

Nvidia Quadro P1000

2TB Toshiba P300 3.5" HDD

It has no external defects or damage.

How much do you think it will sell for?

Help me decide which to buy

Budget: €1200 (i could strecth it a bit by going up to 1500)
Country: Italy
Use Case: Gaming and University

Hi everyone, I'm new to this sub and the world of gaming laptops.

Let me start by explaining my use case: I'm a nuclear engineering student, I use relatively heavy software for various simulations (mainly Ansys). I'd also like to use the laptop for my desktop workstation, using a hub to connect it to peripherals. I'd like to play some AAA games, but I'm not looking for the highest graphics settings.

My goal is to have a portable, resilient workstation that will last me for at least the next 5 years and that has enough power to drive two external monitors (Full HD) while I work both at university and at home.

I think I'd like to get my money's worth, and considering the models available in my area (Italy), I think the LOQ 15IRX10 is the most sensible (cost/hardware ratio). I'd upgrade the RAM in the future (as soon as I find a sensible deal).

If you have any suggestions, I'm very interested in hearing them. I hope I haven't broken any sub rules. This is my first time posting here.

Asus TUF Gaming A15 for 500€ - is it a good deal?

I'm looking for a laptop with a dedicated graphics card and found this listing on eBay.

Asus TUF Gaming A15 - RTX 3050 (4GB) - 16GB RAM (4800 MT/s) - AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS - 1TB SSD (split into two 500 NVMe SSDs, both PCIe 4.0)

The laptop has an 80% battery life and appears to be in good condition.

CINEBECH Score:

- Multicore 9311

- Singlecore 1451

3dMark Score

- 5287 - 39.17fps

The laptop has been used for about two years.

The price we've reached so far is €490 (i am based in italy), but I don't know if that's a good deal.

I'd like to use it as a desktop PC using a docking station, but I'd also like to use it on the go.

I use modeling and simulation programs like Inventor, Ansys, Creo, and others.

I'm concerned about the battery, which I think needs replacing.

Can you tell me if it's worth it? Is the laptop model reliable? Should I look for something different?

Need help with my first pc build, i am a newbie.

Hi everyone, I've been using a Dell Optiplex SFF 7060 prebuild, which has an i5 8600, for a few years now.

Lately, I've noticed it's starting to struggle, especially when running heavy programs (3D modeling, multiple browser windows, YouTube, WhatsApp, etc.).

DISCLAIMER: I want to clarify that the following considerations are based on what I've learned online, and I realize I might be completely off base.

Since I've never built a PC, my plan would be to buy a CPU + motherboard bundle (and in the case of a motherboard with DDR5 RAM, CPU + MB + 16 GB RAM), preferably with an AMD processor.

This is because I would get the SSD, graphics card, HDD, and power supply (and RAM if the motherboard has DDR4) from Optiplex (I have a 400W 1U Flex; if that's not enough, I'd buy a PSU in the future and temporarily skip the GPU to stay within the PSU's maximum power rating).

My current budget is under €300, and I live in Italy (I've seen some great bundles on Microcenter, but they don't ship outside the US).

I'm open to advice on what to buy and how to assemble the PC (I'll also be buying a case for the motherboard in the future, so advice on that would be helpful).

Thanks in advance.
