Male/18 Having trouble maintaining an erection and other problems Need sincere advice

Recently like a month ago i started noticing an usually low day to day horniness level, mind you just before i used to get rock hard randomly and now i never get rock hard even if im getting stimulation by videos etc, theres little to none morning wood and ive just had a dry wet dream once in the last 6 months (i had it this month because i stopped masturbating for a while) and the no fap was because i also noticed an unusual low amount of semen volume and quality which was really surprising to me, im 5’11 70kg and go to the gym almost 5 days a week and have a relatively good diet and overall body function but this was ridiculously strange for me. One more thing ive seen is that my vascularity in the gym has been really less since all this started and my pumps in workout also last much lesser and the body gives kind of a flatter look does it have any connection to this?
Any more questions that could help me more would be appreciated and im more than happy to answer any of them.
I really need your help here guys and i know you will give your best in doing so because im starting to get scared.

Are there any top barbers that actually know what the youth wants in lahore anywhere near johar town?

Every barber i go to just messes up my hair no one knows layering and texturing i have a middle part with medium length hair and very fine straight hair that are ridiculously difficult to style and uptill now i cant trust any barber as they all just end up layering it flat. Been going to the gym for around a year and my biceps look like this, when flexing theres almost a 4 finger gap and i heard that you actually get better peak but in my case the bicep just falls to the chest side and the peak is nowhere to be found, i used to do ppl but i have started to have a dedicated arm day in my plan and i train then twice a week aswell.
I just dont know why they wont grow

So theyve been sitting in the drawer for a year, i left them on charge for 2 days straight now i have trouble pairing them with my phone as it consistently disconnects as soon as it connects and the right one works whereas the left one feels… well,
