Do AI workloads really belong in the same cloud as everything else?

Something I've been thinking about a lot lately like regular web apps putting everything under one cloud account makes things pretty simple but AI workloads have very different needs like GPUs, high-speed storage, special networking setups, specific regions and different types of hardware.

I've seen people use services like AWS, Azure, GCP, CoreWeave, Lambda, Yotta Labs and others in all sorts of ways so just wanna know how people view this problem here

Do future infrastructure plans affect property choices?

Seeing a lot of new launches advertise upcoming roads, expressways, and better connectivity as selling points but I usually don't take those claims at face value because almost every project talks about future development.

While looking at few from DLF, m3m, sobha like m3m new launch in Sector 58 noticed a lot of talk about connectivity improvements like the Greater SPR, Elevated SPR and the AIT Chowk underpass and future developments can boost an areas appeal but delays are also pretty common.

Rent new luxury development or stay in established area?

New projects like by DLF,M3M, godrej often seems appealing because of modern facilities, fresh construction, better services and the lifestyle but established areas have the benefit of good connectivity, nearby shopping, daily convenience and a community already well-settled.

For eg new luxury developments around Gurgaon compete with older premium locations that already have everything in place so if having the budget is it better to go to new launched projects?

What makes an AI course really helpful for developers?

I noticed that a lot of AI courses these days focus on teaching tools fast but the real challenge is understanding the ideas behind them and figuring out how to use them in real projects so looked into a few learning resources university material, DeepLearning.AI, practical tutorials and the Be10x AI course and the main difference wasn't how many modules or tools they covered.

The courses that worked better seemed to focus on teaching concepts in a gradual step-by-step way instead of just covering topics separately and linking theory with actual coding and implementation

Do you guys prefer structured courses, reading research papers, working on open-source projects or just experimenting and building things on your own?

What really makes an AI course worth completing?

I've recently tried a bunch of AI learning resources from structured courses like Coursera and DeepLearning.AI, Udemy-style programs, YouTube tutorials and even one of the Be10x courses and I noticed something interesting.

The main difference wasn't how many tools were covered. Most courses can teach you things like ChatGPT, automation tools or prompt techniques.

What actually made a difference was:

* Having a clear learning path instead of just random tool demos * Seeing real-world workflows instead of just theory * Knowing when to use a tool and when not to

If you've taken AI courses before what made one truly helpful for you the curriculum, the projects, the instructor, the community?

Looking at the quality of an Advanced AI course beyond the marketing

A lot of talks about AI courses focus on the instructor, discounts or sales pitches but I cared more about the actual content quality. I took few Advanced AI program (like Be10X and Upgrad) to check if the curriculum had real depth or if it was just a collection of basic AI tool introductions.

What impressed me was the way it was structured as it started with the basics and then moved into more practical uses instead of just throwing together random tools and techniques and ofcourse most AI concepts can be learned through free resources but the way things are organised and presented makes a big difference when trying to build a solid understanding.

For people looking at AI learning resources what’s more important to you deep concept understanding, practical examples or the ability to use what you learn in real projects?

Structured AI learning versus learning it all on your own

I've been learning about AI tools through YouTube, Reddit and various blog posts for some time now. While there's a lot of free content available it often feels like it's all over the place.

I checked out one of the more organized AI learning programs like Be10X as well as similar programs from GrowthSchool and upGrad. Setting aside the usual marketing what impressed me was how these courses are structured. Instead of just throwing in different AI tools randomly they help you understand how prompting works, how various models function and how to put everything together into practical workflows.

A lot of the content you find in these courses is already available for free online but having a clear, structured plan made a big difference. It felt more valuable than trying to piece everything together from scattered sources.

Has anyone here found that structured courses are more effective than learning from free resources scattered across the internet?

How important is timely possession when choosing a new home?

While looking at different housing options in the Delhi NCR area I’ve noticed that how quickly a home is handed over can really impact someone’s plans for moving. I recently read about M3M delivering homes at Antalya Hills on time as promised.

Whether you're buying or renting in a new development getting possession on schedule can make the whole process smoother.

Besides the amenities and the marketing things like actual handover, maintenance, connectivity and how easy it is for residents to settle in are probably just as important.

For those who have moved into new communities in Gurgaon or South Delhi NCR, what were the main factors that stood out after moving was it the possession experience, the location, the maintenance?

Are free AI workshops worth trying out?

I recently joined one of the free AI sessions offered by be10X to get a feel for what it was like and for someone new to A, it serves as a basic introduction to AI tools and simple workflows. It’s straightforward to follow and doesn’t require much prior knowledge.

The key point to remember is that similar to many free resources the workshop gradually leads toward a paid version. If you already use AI tools often you might not get much value from it.

If you’re just starting with AI what free resources have been most helpful in your learning journey?

Are beginner AI workshops really worth it?

I’ve been looking into different ways to learn about AI tools like YouTube videos, online courses and live workshops. I even went to one offered by be10X just to see how these workshops stack up against other learning methods.

What I found is that organized workshops can be pretty helpful for people who are totally new to AI. They give you a clear starting point and show real examples which is different from just explaining ideas in theory.

That said it's also important to know what you're signing up for. A lot of online learning sites use things like limited time deals or countdowns to push people into making quick decisions which is pretty typical in the online education world.

I’m curious how others learned AI did structured courses work for you or did you pick things up better by playing around with tools and working on your own projects?

Whats one thing that wasn’t widely recognised but helped you get noticed by recruiters?

Most job searches still feel like you’re just throwing your resume out there and applying to a lot of jobs, waiting and hoping someone responds but I’m wondering if anyone has found a better way to actually start a real conversation with hiring teams instead of just sending applications into a system that filters everything.

It could be reaching out directly or using a specific platform, joining groups, networking in a new way or anything else that worked and whats one method that helped you get actual conversations or interviews?

How important is airport connectivity when choosing a place to live in Gurgaon?

I travel for work quite often and that has changed what I look for in a home. Now, being able to reach IGI Airport without getting stuck in traffic is almost as important as the apartment itself and feels like connectivity has become a bigger priority than just the amenities.

Developers like M3M, DLF, Godrej and others often talk about how close their projects are to the airport and major business areas. For example M3M's Billionaires Block is marketed based on this advantage.

For people who are renting in Gurgaon would you be willing to pay a little more for a place with much better connectivity or is rent still the main factor in deciding where to live?

There's a difference between expensive and premium in Gurgaon real estate.

Not every high-priced project feels truly premium. A premium property is usually made up of several things location, planning, design, amenities, community and how people see it over time.

That's why some developments stand out in Gurgaon's growing luxury market like developers like M3M, DLF, Godrej, and others are competing not just on size or price but on the overall experience they provide.

What do you think really makes a project premium in Gurgaon location, architecture, the builder's reputation, amenities or long-term value?

What I check before trusting any investing platform

Before I try any investing platform I always take time to figure out if it's genuinely helpful or just another shiny promise. I was interested in springpad ai so I did some research and also attended one of their sessions and tried to understand what they actually had to offer.

What stood out was that their focus seemed to be more about learning how markets work, building knowledge and doing your own research instead of just following advice blindly also I'm keeping my expectations realistic because no tool can replace learning and making your own decisions but having a structured way to explore market ideas has been useful.

I'm curious how others here go about evaluating new stock market tools or platforms before they invest time in them?

Stopped mass applying and switched to chat-based hiring

I've been experimenting with different ways to find a job for a while and after applying to a lot of positions, getting ignored, rejected waiting for no clear answer I finally decided not to rely on just sending out mass applications anymore.

I've found better results by using chat based or direct response job platforms like meeboss and Wellfound. The main advantage is how quickly I get feedback usually within the same conversation I know if there's any interest.

It also cuts down on the stress of customizing my resume for every job I apply to.

LinkedIn has also been helpful when I use it more actively for reaching out directly rather than just applying through job postings.

I'm not saying these methods replace traditional job searching but they've really helped me cut down on the waiting and uncertainty. It might be something others in the same situation can try.

Commercial SCOs and office spaces which ones really work better?

I’ve been checking out SCOs and office spaces in Gurgaon and I’m a bit stuck.

DLF has been around a long time and has a solid reputation with reliable office parks but in the past few years newer developers like M3M have also launched a bunch of SCO and mixed use commercial projects.

I’m just wondering if anyone here has actually seen how things work in real life like how easy it is to lease spaces what kind of returns you get and how full the spaces are.

Which ones actually do better in practice not just on paper?

Has M3M become the main name when it comes to luxury real estate in Gurgaon?

I've been checking out a lot of rental options in Gurgaon recently and it feels like M3M is showing up a lot whenever someone mentions luxury apartments.

I'm not sure if it's just because they're more visible in listings or if they're actually the top choice these days but they seem to be really taking over that space recently.

I'm curious to know what people think about this is M3M actually leading the luxury segment now or do people still go for brands like DLF, Godrej, or Sobha when it comes to real quality and long term living?
