I've been looking into smart rings mainly for sleep, recovery and general health tracking, Oura seems like the obvious choice and I've heard good things about the tracking, but the sizing is one thing that keeps bothering me. Having to get the size right and then basically being stuck with it feels a little inconvenient. Circul's adjustable design is what caught my attention. Being able to adjust the fit and move it between different fingers seems way more practical to me than having to commit to one fixed size.

Obviously I know Oura has been around longer, but also another thing is circul has no sub, and there's a big price difference.

For anyone who's used either one, how do you feel about them? Especially curious about the adjustable fit vs. traditional fixed sizing.

i’m currently the only social media person at my company. literally a team of one.

right now i’m looking at managing around 5-6 different social platforms, and i’m trying to figure out what’s actually realistic.

how many platforms can one person reasonably manage without completely burning out?

the thing i’m struggling with is that if my attention is split across instagram, facebook, linkedin, tiktok, pinterest, and youtube shorts, i probably won’t be creating amazing content for every platform.

realistically, some of it becomes “good enough” content.

which leads to another question: does consistent but average social content still provide value?

even if every post isn’t great, does staying active, building awareness, and occasionally sending traffic back to the website make it worthwhile?

right now i’m trying to make the workflow lighter. i’ve been testing ways to turn one core idea into different platform versions instead of rebuilding every post from scratch.

i’ve used tools like accio work, gpt for this process — mainly to keep the original idea, context, and variations organized, then I edit before publishing.

it doesn’t replace the strategy part, but it helps reduce the repetitive work.

i’m still unsure whether one person should realistically own 5-6 channels, though.

would love to hear from other solo marketers or people managing social + SEO.

do you try to build a system around multiple platforms, or focus hard on 1-2 channels and ignore the rest?

TL;DR: i’m a team of one expected to run 5-6 social platforms. is this realistic? and how do you decide where to focus?
