If only they knew about High Def back then, they never would’ve put Mulder in a speedo.
It doesn’t leave much to the imagination!!
Edit- grammar.

Just saw her on X-Files. I guess she finally quit smoking!! Her name is Sally and she is a genetic IVF type doctor that makes clones of little girls. Very creepy.
This is a way more accurate doc about Raygun. It talks about the musical that she sued and Australians reaction to it. And it makes a good point, the Paris 2024 Olympics was Australians best one yet but it was overshadowed by Raygun. And honestly her performance a year beforehand wasn’t that bad. To me she looks like she put on some weight and wasn’t in Olympic athletics shape compared to her performances just a year or two before. Which contradicts the “working out” her and Sammy went on and on about in the Netflix doc.
On YouTube, this was a good follow up to the documentary. It goes into more of details of JP’s latest charges and her kickass lawyer. The lawyer was actually more subdued but as someone else said, I would love to see her get her own show.

It is so frustrating that you have to go to multiple doctors to get the correct treatment. I have had a TSH of 2.5 for years now, but I have also had symptoms of low thyroid. I thought that 2.5 was ideal (because I’ve had several providers say my thyroid level looks great). But it turns out that I could have been feeling much better if it was a little lower, I am in perimenopause and I’m sure that does not help. I am sure some of my perimenopause symptoms could be alleviated if my TSH and thyroid was in optimal ranges.
I currently take NP thyroid 60 g FYI.
I didn’t know he was in this, I would have watched it along time ago!
I **took this lab test mid luteal phase.**
(Ferritin 45.75) (Vitamin D 33.56) (Testosterone 24) (Estradiol 244.9)(Progesterone 1.68) (TSH 3.108)
Here are some of the lower than optimal or abnormal results or applicable results that may affect hair loss. I took this lab test mid luteal phase.
(Ferritin 45.75 ........... first time a dr has tested this (she didn't test for zinc))
(Vitamin D 33.56 ........... I consider this low)
(Testosterone 24 .......... I usually have test at 30)
(SHBG 81 .......... I'm usually a lot higher than this)
(Estradiol 244.9 ......... seems a bit high but I was on the patch but stopped using it a week before)
(Progesterone 1.68 ...... this is low for me)
(TSH 3.108 ......... I've had a 2.5 TSH for years)
( (T4) Free, Direct 0.83)
( (T3), Free 3.44)

The last time I had hair loss like this was when I tried testosterone, I stopped it last year so it's not that. I did just start taking Progesterone but I've taken this before and its never caused hair loss. I'm starting to freak out a bit. I'm also hypothyroid but I've been in normal ranges for years now. I'm going to get it checked again next week.
My eating hasn't changed so 1500 or more calories bc I'm not getting much appetite suppression etc on .5mg. I've only been on Reta for 3 weeks.
I've known about Can't Hurt Me for years now but always thought the message was too tough and toxic. Fast forward to today and I watched the Huberman/Goggin's YouTube and it was the kick in the ass I needed. Work is stressful and everyday I get up waiting for the day to be over so I can sit my ass on the couch and watch Homeland. I've been wanting to turn half my garage into a gym but have been procrastinating. After listening to that episode, I did leg day, went to church, cleaned out the garage and went to Lowe's. More productive in one day than 10 past Sundays. I've since bought the CHM audiobook and hardcopy. I intend on working out tomorrow morning and continued consistently and will post updates accordingly. So glad I watched it this morning!
