How to get out of my head when I speak

I have a pretty good vocabulary and understanding of spanish and can speak about advanced topics, but i find them im thinking too much about the words and my pronunciation too much. I speak slowly as a result and tend to pause a lot. What can help me improve to be quicker and more autopilot?

Opinions on how to get the most out of Edit with Copilot In PPT

For my job I teach people in my organization on Copilot, and I have felt the least confident on edit with copilot in ppt compared to Excel or Word. I have demonstrated it when it first came out to a team, and it didn’t even work. It was kind of embarrassing to have it fail while I was demonstrating to a team. Anyways, now I have been asked create content or show the value the tool, and I still feel like it is too inconsistent or slow, and produces generic slides. We don’t have the Claude Opus LLM in my company either, so that makes it even worse in my opinion. Id love to hear how people are using it so I can tailor my content to atleast show the best of this tool.

Two year old son is anxious every time we leave need advice.

I have a 2 year old and my wife and I are going on a 5 day vacation without him, and we normally take him on bigger trips, but trying it without him this time. Im anxious about leaving him right now not because i don’t trust the people watching him, it’s that he is really anxious about us leaving him with people lately and will cry a lot when we try to leave without him. Even when we go on an occasional over night trip and leave him with my parents after he gets acclimated he will asks question like “where are my mom and dad”, often. Idk if im going to cause abandonment issues if i go without hom. Or is this kinda normal? Im second guessing not taking him this time, but still open to feedback

What benefits do you get from learning Spanish when you don’t have consistent opportunities to use it?

Help remind me the benefits of learning the spanish language please. I feel like im learning spanish without much practical benefits. I spend around 1 hour per day learning by myself, and When i started years ago I was dating someone who spoke spanish and worked in the service industry. Now im married with kids, nobody in my family speaks it, not much time either. I have always felt awkward using it with random people who already know english. I guess i can continue to study a lone and have occasional opportunities to use it with people whenever possible. Just feels like im questioning if this endeavor is still worth it and need to know what keeps people interested when they don’t have opportunities anymore. Thanks
