Need advice

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to buy a used laptop with a budget of PKR 50,000.

My main priorities are:

A decent-looking, professional design

Good overall performance for everyday use

Decent specifications (good processor, enough RAM, and SSD if possible)

If you own or have experience with any laptop in this price range, I'd really appreciate your recommendations. Please let me know which models offer the best value for around 50k.

Thanks in advance!

I want a haircut?

Hey everyone,

I've recently started working a 9–5 office job, and this is what my hair currently looks like.

I'm wondering if I should keep it as it is and just style it better, or if I should go for a shorter, more professional haircut like a buzz cut or something similar for an office look.

Be honest—does my current hairstyle look fine for a professional workplace, or would a shorter cut suit me better?btw i love my hairs

Improvement or not?

Hi everyone,

I've been working on improving my posture and would appreciate some honest feedback.

Do you notice any improvement between these two photos?

Which photo has the better posture, and why?

Can anyone estimate my:

Forward Head Posture angle

Upper Back (Thoracic Kyphosis) angle

Lower Back/Lumbar angle

If possible, I'd really appreciate it if someone could draw reference lines on the photos (vertical plumb line, head position, upper back, lower back) and provide rough angle estimates.

I'm not looking for a medical diagnosis—just a visual posture assessment from people experienced with posture correction, biomechanics, physiotherapy, or fitness.

Any feedback is welcome. Thanks!

6'1 but 55kg

Hi everyone,

My name is ABC. I’m 23 years old, around 6’1” tall, and my weight has been stuck between 55–56 kg for almost the last 5 years. No matter what I do, my weight neither increases nor decreases.

I also have rounded shoulders and my posture is not good. My upper body leans a bit forward from the front/side, and honestly it has started affecting my confidence badly. My self-confidence is almost shattered at this point, and I feel stressed most of the time. Sometimes I don’t even feel motivated to do anything anymore.

I really want to improve myself, gain healthy weight, fix my posture, and become physically stronger, but I honestly don’t know where to properly start.

If anyone here can guide me regarding:

Weight gain

Budget-friendly diet plans

Cheap high-protein foods

Posture correction

Rounded shoulder exercises

Workout routines for skinny beginners

please kindly help me out.

I was thinking about using protein powder, but most good proteins are too expensive for me right now and kind of out of my budget. So if anyone can suggest affordable foods, homemade shakes, or any practical diet/workout advice, I would truly appreciate it.

Any help, advice, personal experience, or guidance would mean a lot to me. Thank you
