Need advice with my long hair

I’ve had longer hair most of my life and I’ve never really styled it besides getting wolf cuts or trimming it up some, I’m wanting to switch it up and I’ve been settling on these, mostly the first 2 pics, I know it’s a women in the first two pictures but I didn’t know if I could pull this off, especially with wearing glasses, my hair is also past my shoulders in the back so there’s some wiggle room with how that can be styled, the rest are ones I’ve also looked into getting

Haircut advice

Last photo is what I go for usually. I shave the sides by myself and wondering if I should take it up slightly higher do you think? I shave it up to where it connects but wondering I should go the tiniest bit up further, also any comments on the overall haircut welcomed!

think I need a trim. what should I get?

back is getting a bit too thick and messy for my liking. wondering what I should do with hair. friends suggested a hockey flow. I like my hair is wavy/curly. first two pics are today, third was last week when I thought it looked nice, last is around its curliest back in january. any suggestions?

Can I do anything different aside from the part?

I’m not a fan of my new haircut. Usually I get a fade but I just grew it out for six months. I got it cut yesterday, I think too much got taken off. I’m afraid I have a mushroom look and that the part is too prominent. Any advice?

What haircut or style should I get?

I have been growing my hair out for a couple months so now I’m wondering what haircut I should actually get. I was thinking about maybe a textured fringe but I have big ears and idk if that’s would look good on me. My hair is pretty messy in these photos.

Trying to grow my hair out, not sure if it’s the best option.

Alrighty! I could use some assistance. This is the longest my hair has ever been, I’ve usually kept it short on the back and sides and a couple inches on the top and called it a day. I’m wanting to grow it out further and eventually do some fun stuff with buns, pony’s, etc… I feel like I’m in a really awkward middle stage at the moment and not entirely sure what to do during this time. Ideal length is shoulder so I still have quite a bit to go. Any advice on what to do with it? What kind of products? Does it look like it’s actually thinning out instead? Do you think I’m at risk of going bald with where it’s at currently? Also, please be nice with the pics, quickly snapped them and actively going to the gym to get into better shape (not overweight or anything, just unhappy with overall physical appearance.) Thank you all in advance for the help!

Cut it or keep going?

I grew my hair out for 2 years and then cut it all off and it’s been another almost 2 years. Let it grow or cut it all off again and if so, how?

Should I cut it?

Hello, I have debated this for a long while, and I need some unbiased opinions.

Important info:

I’ve had long hair almost my whole life, the only times I’ve gotten it cut (other then trimming) are when a barber butchers my haircut (I’ve never had a good experience at a barber shop.)

My wife loves my hair, but is curious to see what I would look like short.

I like my hair. I have no problem with keeping it long and just getting a trim instead, but I only live once so if I want to see what I’d look like with short hair as an adult, I just gotta go for it.

I get teased by some guys, while women often compliment it. (I don’t base my decisions on that, but it’s part of why I want honest outside opinions.)

I’ll attach some pictures of older haircuts I’ve had, and what my hair looks like now.

Let me know what you think! And if you think I should cut it, any haircut suggestions? My hair is extremely poofy when it’s cut short and there’s nothing that can keep it still.

Thanks!

I finally want to change my hairstyle, which one do you recommend for my facial features?

I’ve been rocking this basic haircut for a couple of years now, just a regular fade with a messy top, but I finally want a change. The thing is, I don’t know what hairstyle would look best on my face shape. Plus, there’s a major factor: I have a pretty receding hairline (even though my forehead isn't that big), which might affect the kind of cut I can get. But anyway, what do you think would look good on me?

Any recommendations for haircuts/styles

My only stipulations are no skin fades (i prefer scissor cuts) and not too too much maintenance since i try not to spend too much money on haircuts + care

What product will produce this type of finish?

Hey all. I’m currently growing my hair out and my goal is to style it like this, and I’m curious what type of product would give you this type of finish. I’m so used to spiky type firm paste, so for this how would I go about styling it once I leave the salon and the stylist does it for me?
