Haircut suggestions :)

23m, have always had my mom cut my hair growing up, and im looking to get an idea for an upcoming appt. at the barber. Willing to try about anything. Ive grown my hair out a bit, typically have gone short on sides and longer on top. Would like to have low-ish maintenance, but dont mind putting some effort in.

All suggestions appreciated :)

273 days progress

23m, SW 594, CW: 405. ~9 months on zepbound, it has been an absolute life saver. I attached some before/after pics, as well as a graph showing the weekly weigh ins and a weight graph of my weight from my Dr.

I never was felt normal hunger signals or fully understood calories. Zepbound gave me that from day one, and Ive treated my diet+health as #1 priority, and in many ways my identity.

Ive still got plenty to go, but its been quite a journey. Im a completely different person from 1 year ago.

Here's to continued progress 👊

Control.

I, 23m, have lost 145lb with lots to go, and I've learned alot about myself that either wasnt known or was being hidden subconsciously.

Nobody wants to be fat. Thats not hard to comprehend but once you lose control, it's hard to convince yourself that you can change. I fell into believing I would never be a healthy weight, and was doomed due to genetics or whatever. It was just how it was.

After getting control for realistically the first time ever, I have so much ambition. Im fishing, golfing, bar hopping, working out, making travel plans. Events are more meaningful, music has more meaning. I went from the most boring person you know to the person trying to peddle weekend plans. This is a person I didn't know existed.

Emotions have changed. I used to be super quiet, reserved, self-driven, calculated. I now am still generally reserved, but I can open up, and have on occasion emotionally opened up when I didn't intend to. Generally, my emotional spectrum has opened up.

I probably have some things to work out emotionally yet, and my weight loss jouney has quite a few chapters left, but I feel in control.

When/How to buy tickets?

Hello,

I am from Wisconsin, and have only been to Lambeau for a Family night (~13ish years ago with my dad).

I want to return the favor and get tickets to a game as a birthday present to my dad. I have never bought tickets before, but i've heard that Ticketmaster is the recommended route. When would be the best time to buy tickets? If theoretically I chose a game for the end of October, when would I expect tickets to be reasonable? When they become available, are they going to be much higher than a few weeks before the game?

Also, what is your recommended price range/section? Looking for a sweet spot without throwing out cash at front row prices..

I am a 6'4 23m (pretty big dude) who was 594lb at my heaviest. I have since gotten a much healthier relationship with food, and made this journey a large part of my identity (atleast temporarily). ~6 months later, I am 460lb.

Obviously, this has worked well so far, but it has slowed which is to be expected. Being as heavy as I am is not healthy, and i want to lose another ~100lb as efficiently as i safely can. I have eaten 1600-2000cal/day, and know that I have the willpower to go lower. I eat pretty bland, focusing on maximizing protein and fiber.

Shows such as "my 600 lb life" place patients in a 1200 calorie diet (temporarily) to lose a portion of their weight. Would it be a bad idea to move to this deficit for a couple months? Maybe a hybrid where I alternate weeks of higher and lower cal?

I have finally caught momentum, and watching it slow can be painful. I can control what I eat and exercise, but I can't snap my fingers and suddenly be a year in the future with a healthier body..

Hi all,

I have been on my own journey since starting Zepbound, and have lost 134lb in a little over 5 months, and plan on losing a whole bunch more. Im looking for stories of others who have lost large amounts of weight, as I am starting to lose points of reference to others who may have had journeys similar to mine. Im over the moon with my early success, but im trying to get a better scope as I look forward to the next stages. What's the largest amounts you've heard of people losing in a year?

My ultimate goal is losing ~400 pounds, which is finally starting to look achievable. Running my numbers, im hoping to be under 250 in about 12-14 months from now. That would put my totals at ~350lb loss in 18-20 months.
