Hey guys, I'm moving to Canada pretty soon and I wanted to know which city was the cheapest, Since I want to start a new life there, I basically start from scratch, So I need a comfortable place to settle in while I get organized. So far I've seen that Quebec city is a good and affordable city, any other suggestions?

I've lived my entire life with my foreskin on and well cleaning it. But is it worth removing the foreskin? I've seen mixed reviews on whether it's good or not, But I would like some opinions if I should do it or not.
