Refinance? If so how?

I have a 2023 Promaster, I plan on keeping for awhile. I financed it about 2 years ago and have 48 months left. My interest is close to 8.5%. I can refinance at close to 5.5 and keep the same 48 months.

My savings would be about $40 a month and one full payment of about $780. So about $2700 in saving over 4 years.

Or do I extend the loan, get the payment $200 cheaper and put that money into the market?
