Its gotten so bad ive been to the hospital a couple times and my dr upped my benzo intake temporarily. I also signed up for Intesive Outpatient Program. I drink a tea thats call Cup of Calm everyday. What else can i be doing?

How do you guys live normal lives? I feel like my attacks are consuming every minute of my day
I had an extreme panic attack. I took xanax before and it didnt do shit. My dr now prescribed me ativan. Im so tired of panic attacks consuming my everyday life. I need success stories and positive motivation please?
It kinda felt weird. Its like my body wanted to relax but i felt on edge and tense. I also couldnt stop yawning.
Tomorrow i start xanax and im so so nervous. Its only temporary and im staying at a low dose but i get anxious with new meds. Any success stories? Anything positive please

Had the worst panic attack that lasted hours. I took 3 mg Ativan and 10mg propranolol. Why did it barely help?
Been having a panic attack for the past few hour. Ive taken 2.5mg ativan and 10mg propranolol. Still feeling it. Anybody have any suggestions?
