Accepted a Deloitte offer on June 15, now considering declining. What are the real consequences, Anyone been through this?

Need suggestions for early release.

I'm currently in probation at Infosys and working on a client project. I'm planning to resign and want to get an early release within 45 to 60 days.

Before I submit my resignation, I wanted to know is it possible to get early release during probation? Does being on a client project make it harder? How should I approach HR or my manager for this?

Got an offer from Deloitte as a Software Developer (4 YOE). Should I take it?

My only concern is that I'm not great at communication. Does it matter a lot there?
