Reccomendations for a hair salon where I can get canerow?
I'm chronically ill so bonus if there happens to be someone who can travel to me, even if at a premium.
But if not, just a decent salon with chill vibes where the hairdresser will be on time for our appt pls lol

[PC] [Early 2000s] puzzle / strategy game where you had to place items to solve challenges
Platform: PC
Genre: Puzzle
Estimated year of release: i’d guess late 90s early
2000s
Graphics / art style: 2D pixel art, reminiscent of lemmings
Notable characters: none - but i recall cover art had an older man’s face on it
Other details:
I can only remember one level. You have prickly hedges and are given an amount of bouncy objects to place across the level. Then, when you are ready you click start and a balloon is released…the goal is to have the balloon bounce off the objects as it rises, avoiding the hedges to get to the top. If it hits the hedge it will pop and you’ll have to start again. I added a struggle illustration to help
If it’s of any use, i got this game as a demo disk in a magazine - so if wasn’t the full thing. I can’t remember the magazine or where i got it.

I almost got hit by a van today
Was crossing a road with no crossings for a while and while all the other cars were going at a respectable pace as there's speed bumps (school road) this van just comes on very fast.. as it nears I'm thinking 'whoa this guy isn't going to slow down...is he going to hit me?!' then at the last moment he just swerves. I'm pretty sure he was on his phone. i've been pretty shaken since! has anybody had any similar experiences? it sucks how much people use their phones while driving these days, and it scares me

Lakes and Nature Trail Recommendations
Hi All,
I'm looking for recommendations for lakes &/or nature trails in and around Croydon.
I'm a wheelchair user so ideally they'd have accessible toilets in them or near enough - and for the trails, some amount of level ground - even if it's only for a portion of it.
Hoping to just have some chill picnics and a bit of exploring in nature this summer.

Hi! I'm going on my first holiday as a wheelchair-user this summer, hopefully. I'd like to go to Greece or one of her islands - does anybody have any recommendations? Or just any experiences.
I'm genuinely just looking to laze about on a beach or in some grass and eat good food. Would love to see a couple of sites but mainly will stay in one area to conserve my stamina. thank you!
