It’s been a dream of a week watching you all play ~ 12000+ players, 300+ levels, and crazy tech discoveries from the community… I’m blown away!
I’m back to work on the game, and looking for any/all requests - what do you want to see in the next updates? Got ideas for hazards, customization, etc? I’m all ears!
✅ Weekly level challenge events, with rewards for ending the week in the top X%
✅ Level creation contests: jam with a theme or limitation (ex. “Only 1 column” OR “Factory Themed”)
✅ Character Customization (choose your clothes/hair/swords)
✅ Meta-progression (play to earn currency / unlocks)
✅ Level Editor updates: new wall types, hazards, and decoration (moving hazards, key+lock, water, signage …)
✅ Level curation tools (user ratings, tags, feeds, …)
✅ Better tutorial / onboarding for new players (maybe a set of starter levels to teach the basics)
✅ Keyboard control for the tap-spin
✅ Aaaand 1001 bug fixes 😅

Howdy slingers, and welcome to Slingblade!
It's a speedrunning platformer where you Sling your Blade through levels by dragging and releasing to launch like a slingshot. Hold anywhere to aim, drag back, and release to SLING your way to the top of the leaderboards!
