So , I want to make some things and sell them on Etsy , but I'm unsure what's actually allowed .
I would want to sell essentially fan art, but I don't want to get thrown a lawsuit at me. Say I wanted to make and sell something based on Bob's Burgers , and I've seen a lot of things for sale on there from the show . How are they able to sell stuff like that without getting in trouble ?

I'm just kinda doing random critters from shows or games I like to practice needlefelting. At some point I'm probably gonna make the Bishops from Cult of the Lamb , and I already know what I would do differently with Puck if I decide to make another one .
For Halloween my friend is getting married , and since I'm going solo , I thought I would do Gayle from Bob's Burgers . I love the show , and I feel like she would be recognizable, but also simple to put together.
Her clothes I'm not worried about since they're pretty simple and I could get them at any store or even online . Or I guess I could even make them if I really had to . It's her hair , it's been a hot minute since I've gotten wigs or any cosplay stuff . Is there a good place where I could get a wig for her hair and how hard would it be to style it?
Also thought I would try to find a cat plushie somewhere that looks like Mister Business since I know she has three cats , but he seems like her signature one .
