does any one know if there is car park at church of ss peter and paul in bruff?

I am burnt out and going through a tough time with work and family issues. i am thinking of going to my gp and requesting for sick leave for atleast 10 weeks. will Gp refuse this? If a rolling cert is provided will i have to attend in person or will a phone call suffice to extend the cert?
