“Decide Later” Option

I have a checking account where I keep my “fun” money for doing stuff with my son. A comedian is coming to town, so I used my Affirm card to buy the tickets this morning. Now it’s not showing up as an option for “decide later.” It’s not one of their prohibited transactions, I have about $500 in the linked account, I’ve never been late on any plans, and my spending power is $800. None of that seems to matter because this purchase won’t show as eligible.

Some parts of the app say I have 24 hours to decide and some say 48 hours, but I don’t even get an option to decide anything. It’s so annoying. I didn’t want to drop it all at once, but I also didn’t want the seats to sell out. Ugh.

Is it going to change?

(I’m not here for financial advice, so please don’t lecture me about doing this for my son.)
